it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada

The hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

El hotel ofrece una experiencia placentera con sus amplias instalaciones y un entorno natural impresionante. La atención del personal es excepcional, y la variedad de servicios, como la piscina, contribuyen a una estancia agradable. Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

I arrived at the hotel very late and checked in smoothly. The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

We had the great pleasure to spend three nights in Fairmont La Hacienda, and we can only praise this hotel in the highest tones. It is a beautiful new house that really doesn't leave any wishes. Our very spacious room with sea view was an absolute dream. The view of Gibraltar and even to Africa is simply unforgettable. These panoramas are rarely experienced. The first-class service is particularly highlighted in the entire hotel. The staff are very careful, hearty and professional – a level that we have experienced so rarely. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also excellent: a large selection of high-quality food, accompanied by an equally excellent service. Another highlight is the generous spa area, which is definitely worth a visit and contributes to perfect relaxation. Overall a successful stay at the highest level – we will come back very safely!

Personal del hotel muy servicial. Desayuno muy bueno. Media pensión era solo cena a pesar de poner en la reserva que podía ser comida o cena. Zona de piscina con servicio de bar y tumbonas pero lapiscina necesita un poco más de limpieza porque el moho se acumula en los rebordes y escaleras

Go to the nearby Jubugo village to visit the ham factory, live here, cost-effective, arrived at 9 pm, unexpectedly good. The 17th century monastery was rebuilt, very tasteful, the room was large, the bed was high, not exquisite but very comfortable. Many birds in the garden of the atrium stayed here overnight, and the lizards seemed to have a meeting and mostly flew away in the morning. The big birds nested in the highest places, like guards at night, full of stars. The food in the restaurant is average, but the service of the big brother is very kind, the olive oil is very good, like fresh olive juice. The parking lot is behind it, which is very convenient. White town, 3 minutes to the church, there is a castle on the top of the mountain, I heard that there is a miracle cave 5 minutes walk here, a lot of stalactites, you can play next time.

This hotel was excellent in every respect: the rooms, views, breakfast, staff, spa, and beach. The view from the hotel was amazing, so I recommend having a relaxing breakfast from the terrace looking out at the beach in front, and then enjoying the sunset and drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening. The staff were very friendly and could speak English, so I don't think communication would be an issue. I'd definitely come back to Marbella and use this hotel again.
