A very good hotel. The rooms are large, the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas and bathtubs, a gym, and the rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. It's one of the more upscale hotels in the Eurostar brand. The biggest drawback is that it's a bit far from tourist attractions, requiring a 10-12 minute walk, and about 3 kilometers from the high-speed rail station. A taxi ride takes 20 minutes, but walking would take almost an hour. It's suitable for those who can afford a taxi or those who don't mind walking.
The design of the room is mainly white stone and glass. The lines are simple and have a certain design sense. It is a highlight, but it is not particularly practical. All glass doors are used in the room. The switch and entry and exit must be more careful. The windows are particularly poorly soundproofed and every car passing by can be heard at night. Breakfast is more expensive and not eaten at the hotel. The hotel has a small yard, which is more comfortable, but because of the rain these days, I have not seen more. The location of the hotel is more convenient, and it can be reached within 30 minutes on foot to the main church and the Alhambra. Overall, the price is not too high.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.
I have thought about how to evaluate this hotel for a long time. This hotel is not big, but the location is very good. It is basically within half an hour to walk to the main attractions in Granada. I live in the hotel in the United States room. The furniture in the room looks a bit old, but it should be carefully selected. There is also a sofa area where you can read and chat. I am tired from playing outside, and I think of going home. This hotel is like your home in Granada. Breakfast family asks what you want to eat, you can choose according to your taste and habits. Although the bathroom facilities are not as modern as standard hotels, they are enough. If I go to Granada again, maybe I will want to go home and see.
I arrived at the hotel very late and checked in smoothly. The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay
We had the great pleasure to spend three nights in Fairmont La Hacienda, and we can only praise this hotel in the highest tones. It is a beautiful new house that really doesn't leave any wishes.
Our very spacious room with sea view was an absolute dream. The view of Gibraltar and even to Africa is simply unforgettable. These panoramas are rarely experienced.
The first-class service is particularly highlighted in the entire hotel. The staff are very careful, hearty and professional – a level that we have experienced so rarely. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, making the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was also excellent: a large selection of high-quality food, accompanied by an equally excellent service.
Another highlight is the generous spa area, which is definitely worth a visit and contributes to perfect relaxation.
Overall a successful stay at the highest level – we will come back very safely!

We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December) and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost! We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville.
The hotel is in the old city, the white walls of the small street, the flowers and faucets can be seen everywhere, very warm! Not far from the cathedral wall, just a few minutes walk. There is also Carrefour nearby, buy some back to the hotel, you can make a meal with the hotel's kitchenware! Very good experience!
This new hotel provides quality to the tourism in the the Aracena's mountain range. It offers good facilities and roomy and luminous comfortable rooms. If you choose a pool-view room, you'll enjoy amazing views to the castle and the village from sunrise to sunset. Very attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Ideal place for both romantic getaways and relaxing holidays all-year round.
A wonderful stay !
We spent a very special time in this hotel, and all is gathered there to offer an unforgettable experience. The hotel is innocently clean, the spaces are perfectly maintained and decorated with a lot of taste, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and is located in the centre of the city centre. We feel welcomed immediately with benevolence.
The spa and leisure facilities are just beautiful and perfectly maintained. Special mention for overall quality of services that goes far beyond our expectations.
We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

MMr P & R BWhat an amazing hotel!
I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to.
The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests.
The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared.
We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for.
We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat
GGuest UserThen they ask you for your credit card when you arrive from where you get charged the money from the deposit you have to be very careful that if you don't ask for it back they don't give you the money from the deposit. Then when I made the reservation on the App he wrote that breakfast costs €10 while in the hotel they ask you for €15! As for the beds, they don't have double beds but only two beds pushed together. The floors of the rooms are a bit ruined and obviously the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The location is also very nice because I have a sea view room which in theory is 25 m², it has 25 m² because the corridor from the door to the room is long

HHAIYANThe hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a hill near Marbella, which is a little inconvenient if you don't drive. I checked in during the New Year period. The suite I booked was reserved for a far-away annex building. The room was very beautiful!!! But it was a bit far from all the facilities, and the front desk also reserved a room in the main building, which was much smaller. The breakfast was OK, the swimming pool in the hotel was beautiful, and it was surrounded by a golf course. It's just that the service awareness of the service staff was a little bit poor.
