The room was large, and the hotel front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and took us to the room personally! Breakfast is very rich! There are also welcome refreshments upon check-in! Worth recommending

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Great location, luxury spacious room design, delicious and various breakfast with friendly receptionists and reasonable price. They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.

Large hotel, efficiently organized. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great location between the historic spa town and the modern pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, the exterior is a socialist architectural dereliction. The rooms are sober but well-kept, with no unnecessary frills. Great spa (2 hours per day included, and unlimited use for a small fee). Easy to reach by car, affordable parking in the hotel's own parking garage. Delicious and varied breakfast. The rooms with balconies have a great view of the city; it's definitely worth it! Friendly, unfussy, and prompt service. I'd love to come back!

The hotel is very well located, and the staff are extremely polite and accommodating! The spa is also excellent. It features two saunas, a steam bath, a large pool, and plenty of relaxation loungers. It's wonderfully quiet in the spa, allowing for true relaxation. Do note that the spa costs an additional €12 per day for afternoon/evening use, and about €9 per day for 7 AM - 12 PM. The breakfast is also very good, and they have everything you could want.

I booked a 3-person room. After checking in, I found that the room was too small (38 square meters), so I asked for an upgrade. The front desk was very patient to help me check several rooms. I finally chose a square room of about 60 square meters. It was very comfortable. The restaurant is also very classic, the food changes slightly every morning, so staying for four nights still doesn't feel stuffy!

The location of the hotel I visited in Marianske Lazne two years ago is average. This time I chose it again. The location is very good. From the station to the door you can take bus number 5. You can tell the driver the name of the hotel. About 6 or 7 stops. There are some good restaurants near the hotel, compared to two years ago, some hotels have started killing customers. There are not many fried fish at a hotel called Cesky Divor, there are not many excursions to the mainland, and it is not indicated in the main tour route map, so I recommend it to everyone.

The room is good, the hotel is in a good location, located in the city center, convenient for entry and exit, and convenient for eating around. Breakfast is rich and the restaurant is beautiful. The hotel is typical of the old European hotel style.
