Firstly, the room was small with no suitable dining area; I ate on the platform that day. The selection was fixed, and the food was cold by the time it arrived. There was no hanging area for coats, so there was no place to put any luggage. The minibar wasn't stocked much either, with only three bottles of Perrier, beer, and some other beverage. The bathroom area lacked razors, hair ties, and the most basic toothpaste and toothbrush. At this price, I wouldn't consider staying a second time. It felt like the price and service were only around 700-800 RMB. They offered a pick-up and drop-off service, but the car was unavailable, so I had to take a taxi. They offered to reimburse me, but didn't mention it. The next day, they offered to take us, but I had already indicated I didn't need it and had other plans. I mentioned this in the group chat the night before. It felt neither sophisticated nor modern, trying to provide 1:1 service but failing to pay attention to details. We went straight to the room upon entering; there wasn't even a lobby. Compared to a five-star hotel, it lacked standard procedures. Although I haven't stayed in luxury hotels, I've stayed at Six Senses, Marriott, Westin, W, and similar establishments quite a bit. I've experienced quite a few guesthouses, including Jiurang in Guilin and Nalishu in Gaoligong Mountain, Tengchong—places that are sure to be covered in dirt.
