We were accomodated in a comfortable appartment which lived up to all our expectations. We are grateful to the administration who did everything to make our stay comfotable and unforgettable. We were touched by their kindness, hospitality and perfect service. We found the people working here very feeling, helpful and supportive. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel Marcin, receptionists Maꬷgorzata, Zofia, Alicya, Ewelina, Adam and Gabrysia, housekeeping staff and kitchen staff Ania, Natalia, Marcin, Kuba and Patrycya. They did their best to make our stay pleasant and peaceful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, is clean and cosy. It is an ideal place for families with children as there is an animation park and waterpark next to the hotel. You can also rent a bike and explore the picturesque surroundings. There is a nice children's playroom in the hotel and different facilities for out-of-door activities. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who appreciates nature and wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of big cities.
Oki Doki OLD TOWN

It can be reached by bus from the Central Station. The location is very close to the ancient city and very close to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel has different activities every day. You can participate freely. It is easy to make new friends here. The bed also has curtains. Every room has a bathroom. If not enough, there is a shared bathroom on other floors, overall it is a recommended Hostel

The Hotel is so close to everything and for a good price. The rooms are lovely and very clean. There is a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a coat stand which is great especially as the weather is changing. I'd definitely recommend a visit here and to thr old town of Warsaw with all the history and little shops and restaurants nearby.
Pokoje Goscinne Dom Literatury

Dom Literatury is located right on one of the most picturesque squares of Warsaw - our room had an amazing view over the Old Town, Sigismund's Column, and the Royal Castle! These monuments were literally steps away from the hotel. The hotel entrance is just off the main street, and the rooms are located on the third floor of a historic building (there's an elevator but the stairs are quicker). Adam at the reception was really helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. (Thank you for the flexibility with rebooking!). A buffet breakfast is included and served downstairs in the restaurant - eggs, sausages, pastries, fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The building looks nice. The person at the front desk was rude and hostile. Then I asked if there is a tea kettle available and he said ”you're invited to our restaurant”. I repeated my question and he said again ”you're invited to our restaurant”. After about one hour, I gathered the courage to go to the restaurant where a very nice Ukrainian worker gave me two large cups of hot water. This didn't go unnoticed - the receptionist followed behind me to my room and kept lurking. It was kind of creepy. This person should not be employed in the hotel industry. The room was very average, relatively clean. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and water hot. The parking is free, which was the main cause of staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the morning was very welcoming and friendly. I asked for an additional towel and received it immediately. In the room, there is only one towel per guest.

I have slept four nights in this hotel and the truth is that I have to say that I have left my experience quite satisfied. In its favor we must highlight its location, it was great, near the train station in a calm and quiet neighborhood. For its price, the room was fine, with no complaints about its spaciousness and comfort. It should be noted that they leave a couple of beers and tea as a gift on the house in the room's fridge. Regarding breakfast, no complaints, they brought it up to the room at the time you wanted and it was good. The people at the reception were dry as is the general rule in hotels in the country but friendly, in fact they had to print my return ticket and they did it quickly. And the price was unbeatable. Aspects to improve: especially the hot water in the bathroom since it only came out lukewarm, it doesn't bother me too much since I'm used to it but more than one would make a claim about it because the water came out really warm at a time when it's not very hot. On the other part of the room they did not do it at any time, I understood that it should be requested at reception, which I do not know if this is due to the pandemic or it is always like that, the garbage that could be generated was collected by me and the remains of breakfast were taken down to reception when I went out every day, anyway I don't know the reasons. In any case, and in short, my stay was very pleasant and for the price I can't complain too much either. I would definitely go back if I didn't want to spend a lot because I thought it was a correct place. By the way, I rate the cleaning as bad since they didn't clean the room at any time since I occupied it but upon my arrival it was like the jets of gold
