Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and all the stuff made our vacation unforgettable. From the first minute we felt very welcomed at the hotel and Darina from the reception help us with all special requests. She is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I also want to mention Salih who was making every day full of fun and different activities. The pool party was a great experience and every night we could enjoy different events that he organized. All the guys from the bar are super friendly and nice, always smiling and making so cozy atmosphere. We also liked the food, it was always delicious. It was so sad to leave, but I am sure we come back there next year. The people who works there make this place the best to stay in Turkey. Thank you very much to everybody for our vacation. We enjoyed it a lot!!

Very good hotel. Because it is off-season, there are not many people, the store gave the room in the separate villa, very quiet. There is also a washing machine refrigerator. The restaurant staff is also warm and courteous and the food is fresh. The fireplace is warm and comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.

The service attitude is very good, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are very enthusiastic and attentive. Breakfast is average, but lunch and dinner are both good. The scenery is very good, you can directly see the snow-capped mountains and the sea. The location is also good. Even if it is not an all-inclusive package, there is a very atmospheric street around the hotel. The restaurants on the street are also good. The cats here are very cute, have good personalities, will let you pet them, and will come back to you. The only drawback is that the hotel room is not big and the sound insulation is not very good.

Some of these reviews honestly make me fear for the intelligence of my compatriots. Let's get one thing out of the way - this is not your usual British Holiday all-inclusive with free-flowing drinks and drunken people roasting by the pool. Thank goodness for that. It has to be said though that the hotel caters mostly for Russian tourists (99% of the visitors are Russian) and that can be felt in some of the interactions with the staff, who have a limited command of English and as such I think can come across as not super nice. I had pleasant interactions with all though. From other reviews I gather that some of the further hotel buildings are terrible, I was in the annex just in front of the hotel and I have no complaints. The room was spacious enough, and while not the height of luxury it had everything I could have needed. The Aircon worked really well and kept the room at a good stable temperature throughout (no bouts of freezing air Vs heat). The balcony was a nice addition though no views so a bit underwhelming. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and all towels replaced, no complaints about the housekeeping staff. The main hotel building is nice and well maintained. The pool is small but I always saw it empty - probably because there weren't a lot of guests when I visited. Everyone here seems to prefer the beach anyway (as do I). The beach Is on a lovely bit of coastline. Pebbles, but this shouldn't come as a big surprise and appropriate shoes can be purchased in the corner shop. The only issue here is the size of the beach - it's so small that sunbeds have to be placed very close together and there's only so many in the sun. I think I would have found it frustrating in high season, having to move from shade to sunshine and not finding any room. I can imagine how that would impact some people's experience of the place - I would wager the hotel has expanded beyond what is feasible with the extra buildings. The food I found of good quality, with an above average buffet for an all-inclusive. Breakfast choices were limited, but lunch and dinner were fine, with very high quality food, if sometimes a bit bland. I was glad not to see tourist baby foods like chicken nuggets, it caters to people who eat real food. I did miss some Turkish cuisine staples though - no iskender, doner meat once but without pita bread etc. Overall though it was good, and with plenty of seating. I visited the spa and purchased the ”Turkish bath package”, which was pleasant. It seemed a bit too rushed throughout and the staff performing it were nice, but spoke no English so communication was pretty hard. The pricing was a bit much considering it was practically what I paid for the room per night (£40 for the 90 minute package) and the staff were competent but again, a bit rushed. I didn't check the time throughout but found myself back in my room exactly 90 minutes after the appoin**ent, so overall it must have lasted 1hr tops. WiFi was good and with gre

We just came back from a week in Antalya. We had an amazing time there. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly and solved small snags quickly. We stayed in one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it was really comfortable to have such a good space. AC was powerful and showers had good pressure. The kitchen has some basic utensils. The only thing missing was a microwave oven. We used the washing machine and could dry clothes in the balcony. The pool is small but felt very private. My daughter improved her swimming in a week just by being able to spend time in the pool 2-3 hours a day. The breakfast was fine, I had omelettes every day made to order (had to pay extra but cheap). We rented a car and having an underground car park meant the car was never exposed to the sun. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though and the TerraCity mall a short walk away. Beware July was hot, very hot. A dry heat though but 39-40 every day. First time in Turkey for us and wanted to stay away from all-inclusive resorts and have more control on our time.

Antalya City Center
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Point Hotel Spa in Antalya, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The upgraded room was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat. Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip. What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable. Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Note that the images are from our second night there. The first night we just wanted to go to sleep 😴
