we choose the ground floor for our rooms . chk in 4 different times and f/desk was awesome. (Would be nice to be recognizedby the name since we chk in 4 times in a span of 9 days.all our booking were online. Friendly staff and clean rooms. restaurant was great .good selection. Would love to see papaya, pineapple, mango fruits , pandasal consistently on the bufffet offering. first room114 aircon is noisy. rm 116 rm aircon is way less . Clean rooms. Patio had one chair. would be nice to have two chairs and a table for morning coffee , and pm drinks . Roof top swimming pool and bar n food was great. Chk out the 3-6 happy hours for cocktail. great selection of good drinks . spa was ok.

Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

Excellent hotel, everything is clean and tidy, with a beautiful green area. There's a bar and a good pool. The staff are very polite to guests. Everything was super!

This was our first stop in the Philippines and we were welcomed by possibly the most friendly staff from our entire trip. The room was clean but there was a bit of a funky ”damp” smell on our floor but nothing awful. The breakfast buffet was quite good but the western options were basic and mostly sweet (not as issue for us!). Good location, we walked all the way to Baywalk which was flat but mostly down a main road so a tuktuk might be best if going that way. We didn't use the facilities but we did have a squiz and the gym was being used and the pool looked nice. This was a quick stop for us but happy to have stayed here!

The location isn't bad, but it's on the opposite side from the airport entrance/exit, so just keep that in mind. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so you probably won't be too inconvenienced. This time, my purpose was just to sleep there, so I didn't prioritize the 'hotel life' experience much, but if that's important to you, this might not be the place. The staff were perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it was tastier than I expected.

A hidden paradise!  Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon. Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier.  We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!  Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.  Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!  Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!  We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family! Thank you so so much Carpe Diem! You made our vacation very very special and unforgettable!

I really liked the hotel and the beach itself. There are sun loungers, showers, toilets, and a small pool within the glamping area. Vendors aren't allowed on the property, so you won't be bothered. It can be a bit noisy in the room in the evenings/at night due to nature sounds – some might not like it, but we found it pleasant to fall asleep to. The mountain view from the room is beautiful, but if you look down, it's a bit of a swamp and a parking lot – not so great. Breakfasts are modest, machine coffee costs extra, and the fruits and vegetables are bland (except for the mango). Food and drink prices aren't cheap, but everything is good quality. Right outside the fence on the beach, there are several cafes, shops, and massage places. Upon check-in, we received some welcome gifts: 2 bottles of water, apples, nuts, instant noodles, and a shell necklace! And upon check-out, we got some small pastries. Transfers to/from El Nido airport or to the town center cost 1800 PHP for a minivan. Pros: Large, nice-looking rooms, plenty of towels, spotless white linens. Cons: Weak shower pressure, no handheld showerhead (only a rain shower), and no place to dry clothes.

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no.
