The hotel is clean and hygienic, and upon check-in, guests receive tokens for two complimentary welcome drinks. Breakfast offers authentic Southeast Asian specialties. Next door, a tenant owns a vintage grand piano with ivory keys, valued at over a million Malaysian Ringgit. Guests are welcome to play it during their leisure time and chat with the owner.

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

From the check-in process to room service and finally the check out, it has been a smooth , hassle-free experience. Check-in staff (Aini), cant recall the name who was manning the reception at 7-8pm on 8 Aug 2026 has been helpful and accommadating to my request. The rooms I booked was beyond expectation. Didn't expect to have a balcony eventhough it was facing the carpark but it was still good too. Aircon was cold. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only downfall was the TV wasn't equipped with any apps such as Disney+ , Netlfix , Youtube etc. Screen mirroring function wasn't great. The wifi signal wasnt strong. Breakfast was great. It changes. Some similar items but mostly different. Varieties were Local Nasi Lemak, International Breakfast, noodles etc. Swimming pool was great too. Very spacious and there's a Aqua Zumba that my family and I managed to be part of. It was fun and interesting. I would definitely recommend others to book this resort. Do take note that it is about 48mins-1hr away from the city. But definitely would be my go to resort if I am back in Melaka.

This hotel isn't too far from Jonker Street, nor is it too close; it's quite near Dataran Pahlawan. A great and affordable dining option nearby is Family Corner. The hotel is very comfortable, with a swimming pool and a gym. All the in-room facilities worked well. The only downside is the carpeted floor, which can be a bit inconvenient as carpets are prone to getting dirty. Service was good.

It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!

The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3.

Superb location. Near to major shopping centre and places of interest. Is a small hotel with no swimming pool. Except a small fitness studio. Highest floor is level 6. Use to hv direct access from hotel to the shopping centre. But it is closed after COVID. Some tips for the prospective customers. If you are going to the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. Please take the lift to G floor walk towards Hatten hotel entrance, walk towards the Baun Buffel direction, u saw a lift near to their sales gallery. Took to 2nd floor (before 9pm) and walked towards the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. GSC cinema at L5. Walk inside the shopping centre where you saw a common area where you saw Mixue or Levis boutique. Walk towards the Brands outlet and you will see an exit. Took that exit it will lead you to the farmosa, red square, St Paul fort, Jonker street.

A group of longtime friends get-together trip staying in Hatten for 2 nights with connecting room, made it possible for a memorable weekend. It’s a huge hotel and wonderfully situated near many great attractions such as Jonker Street and great restaurants (most within walking distance. There’s bus port, 7-eleven and massage parlor to name a few. Overall, a pleasant experience with the service staff and facilities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, close to many popular attractions, shopping areas, and great local food, making it very convenient to explore Melaka. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with excellent service and a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Bayview Hotel Melaka to anyone visiting Melaka and would be happy to stay here again.

Apparently the hotel did not well maintain. The carpet outside the lift is smelly. The room is old, and the bathtub is dirty. I even saw a hair still on the bed, wondering did they really change the bedsheet?
