Great hotel. Beautiful restaurant and lobby area. We ate dinner which was very good. Breakfast was also good. No complaints. Staff great esp Joaquin at the front desk who helped me get tickets online for TDP Park entry. Coming back in a week and staying again. FYI the parking is out front on street. We found a spot but looks there us lots of free street parking elsewhere.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

The hotel is very close to the south gate of Torres del Paine National Park, and you can see the surrounding snow-capped mountains and glaciers from the hotel. The service attitude is good and the food is rich. There are many horses around the hotel, and the parking lot is full of horse manure. The road into the hotel, like the roads around Torres del Paine, is a washboard road, which does not match the specifications of the hotel.

I was slightly dubious of choosing this hotel for our one night stay in punta arenas due to some of the reviews But it was ok. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel is in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the main square and 10 minutes to the sea front. The bar was busy with a lot of travellers and a comfortable place to have a drink. We ate in the restaurant as were too tired to go out and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and really enjoyed our meal. The reception was efficient but no assistance with help for our cases . We had a twin bedded room which was comfortable . No real view just houses and car park . Quite a large hotel .

We spent five nights as a family (2 older adults and 3 young adults) at this beautiful hotel. The views of the fjord, which can be seen from every room, are spectacular. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and bathrooms have tubs and showers. The food is extraordinary - meat, fish, vegetarian and they are hyper -aware of all dietary restrictions. We chose the full experience so all meals and activities were included. The guides were excellent, especially Christian and Diego (with whom we went puma tracking - very steep extra charge but we did spend nearly two hours following a mama and her cubs), Gonzalo (tour and short easy hikes in Torres del Paine NP), Pablo (two strenuous hikes - including a 13 mile round trip to the base of the Towers). We also had a cooking class with Fransisco and a bar tending class with Jessica and G-----. The fall is a great time to visit Patagonia - few tourists, leaves are changing, snow is on the mountains and the weather is exhilarating - not freezing but no summer heat!
