Family Friendly Hotels in Lazio, Italy

The single room was absolutely stunning and offered incredible value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini, is absolutely superb. Most importantly, all the room facilities were impeccable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and quiet. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and eateries right downstairs.

The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied

The front desk staff was very welcoming. They stored my luggage when I arrived in the morning and put it in my room when I arrived in the evening. I personally took my luggage to my room. It was very clean and newly decorated. It was very close to the train station and only took about 30 minutes to catch the next day's flight. It was very convenient to stay here.

The hotel’s location is excellent—only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and most of Rome’s must-see sights are within about 20 minutes. If you want to stay in the center of everything, this place is a great choice. However, the service was a nightmare. The elevator is almost a joke: maximum 2 people, extremely slow (luckily my room was on the 2nd floor). Maybe it’s cultural differences, but the staff here were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. My flight from Nice to Rome was canceled, which meant I lost a night at the Hive. I called to ask for help canceling that night—it wasn’t my fault for not showing up—but both Trip.com and the hotel staff were completely unhelpful. Very disappointing and frustrating. My room was close to construction, non-stop noise over the night. Bottom line: the location is great, but don’t expect any favors or kindness from the hotel. When you’re already stressed, their cold and unfriendly attitude will only make things worse.

It was super stay from the very check in which was online and very convenient. Sonia and Stefania were always in touch and very helpful! The room is big and it was cleaned every day, there’s also coffee machine and tea cups so u can relax in the evening) The location is outstanding, all sightseeing spots are on the walking distance, caffès and shopping are in the nearest neighbourhood) Highly recommend this place especially if it is your first time in Rome that would make your trip to Italy just perfect)

The hotel is a 20+ minute drive from the old town. Compared to hotels there, its facilities are quite new, and they have plenty of staff. Service at the front desk and the cafe/bar was decent. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel were mediocre. The restaurant had a noticeable mosquito problem, and the seating looked rather dirty.

The room is big and clean; even with a small balcony. It is close (10 mins walk) to Roma Trastevere (train) station where there are buses, trains, and trams to go everywhere. We walked to a Chinese restaurant and a clothes street.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the top staff, offers two piacines, restaurant, bar, nothing missing.

I appreciated the fact that, despite the full occupancy, we not only managed to get a room earlier than the originally declared time, but also agreed (without additional fees) to leave it an hour later. As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the center of historic Rome, which tourists and business travelers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Breakfast was good with varieties, but still wish to have more choices in food. Room was well maintained, very comfortable, and modernized. Our group of friends did enjoy the complimentary cocktail drink and the lounge area for a small gathering. Hotel is very convienient to main streets and safe.
