Pick-up is quick, but the location is somewhat remote, requiring an hour and a half by bus from the city center. Insurance can be purchased on-site for 15 RMB/day, with no deposit required. Additional fees apply for driving to remote areas; please inform us in advance.

It was a nearly brand-new Nissan X-Trail. Although it's a little far from the airport, the free airport transfer service upon arrival and departure was very helpful. The fact that they open at 7 AM was also a plus. Even as a Japanese person, I felt safe renting from them. The staff were also very friendly.

It was easy and seamless car pickup and return. Although if you are travelling with 6 pax, the back seat is really tight especially if you have long legs.

The car was a little old, but there were no problems. I needed to call to request a shuttle bus pick-up, but my smartphone wasn't working, so I tried calling from a public phone at Perth Airport, but it didn't connect. I was able to connect to other numbers, so I don't think I was using the public phone incorrectly. Feeling lost, I reluctantly took a taxi directly, which unfortunately cost me $50. The staff's service was excellent.

Very convenient. The car rental center has Chinese-speaking staff, making communication easy. The car was in good condition. We drove around Margaret River, Albany, and Hayden for five days. The car was washed by the driver every day because there were many small insects on the road. The airport drop-off service after returning the car was excellent. Highly recommended!
