We had an excellent experience renting a car for our family trip in Fukuoka. The entire process was smooth from pickup to return. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, making the rental process quick and hassle-free. It was comfortable to drive, fuel-efficient, and perfect for our road trip around Fukuoka, Yufuin, Beppu, and the surrounding areas. Returning the car was just as easy, with no unnecessary delays. We truly appreciated the great customer service and would definitely choose this rental company again on our next visit to Japan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience!

Most friendly service I have ever encountered. Firstly, they communicated via WhatsApp so the delivery and pick up of the car was smooth. I was able to extend for an hour without any problem. When I told them I left my sunglasses in the car, they even send it back to me without any hesitant. Thanks Kan for all your help, I appreciate it!

I was wary of booking a car from a non-established name in Japan. But we took the plunge and was very happy with the service. While the other established companies only opens at 8am which then will be too close to our flight back home, NoahsArk could collect the car at 7am. The ETC rental is free, the child seats are free, the pickup and return was hassle free. Their rental price is also cheaper than others. If I were to come back to Fukuoka, I will definitely book with them again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was able to communicate with Ark before arriving and confirm everything including child seat, ETC card rental, location of pickup and return location. The gentleman who served us at pick up and return was the same person; a polite and efficient person. He was kind enough to allow me to return the car at my hotel instead of Fukuoka airport, where I was supposed to. I would highly recommend Ark for car rental if you are in Fukuoka.
