Good experience in staying in this hotel. Even though it was a single night, but its location was really good as well as quality of hotel.

The room is very new. The parking service is very good. The surrounding area is close to Loyola University. It is also very safe. You can walk to the beach by the lake for a while. The gym facilities are also very complete There are also many restaurants around, and there are also Chinese food.

We had one of the best trips and it was our first time in Chicago. Thank you, Westin for a very pleasant stay!

At first, we had a problem about the room being not ready for check in. However, the staff gave us the king size bed. The location is good not far from the metro and walkable distance to downtown. The main problem for our stay was the very cold weather. Good stay.

The location is good, the service is average, and the Japanese food on the 11th floor is worth trying. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Chicago, and it is close to the lake, shopping, and eating.

Breakfast was great. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. The room was quite spacious. The facilities were average, a bit dated, and the soundproofing was okay. Breakfast is not included, and a $24 daily resort fee is required. This fee only covers Wi-Fi, gym access, phone calls, and bottled water provided by the front desk.

I was going to run the Chicago Marathon. The room availability in Chicago was very tight that week, so I chose Marriott, which I would not normally consider. However, this unique experience made me realize that a good hotel is still necessary when traveling. Not to mention the clean and spacious house, good decoration details and service, the Michigan Lake across the room will make you feel relaxed and happy! It's so beautiful
