Notes:
- We booked a room with a sea view and stayed in a room overlooking the buildings (after asking them, they said all reservations made through websites don't have a view đđ€).
- The hotel is beautifully clean, and the lobby is spacious and comfortable, except for the smell of the corridors.
- All the staff are excellent and their service is good, except for the restaurant (we asked for food without spicy sauce, but we got spicy ful, and they refused to return it or refund the money until after discussion, and they didn't return it even though they promised to do so).
- The food is generally very delicious, but the buffet and other places always pepper everything.
- The buffet doesn't have a variety of hot meals (beans and eggs every day, thank God), but there are many types of dry foods.
The room is large, warmly decorated, clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the shower room has no door. There are many types of breakfast, the ingredients are fresh and the service is thoughtful.
Great location can walk to the seaside, the room is spacious and clean. Variety of breakfast, staff is very helpful. Recommend to book the sea view room
First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.
Each door away from the second means that you're angry about the entrance and the neighbor's salad, the average week's prices are sweet and appropriate.
The steaf is a minute away from you, the doorway is that I asked for the welcome fruit that wasn't there when I arrived, and the kitchen denounced it for what I had to do with them (the manager told him the right and took the time he answered her, I forgot ...).

Very Good
RRenleidianyingjinghuaThe hotel is very nice and in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Manwan. You can see the sea and pet cats. You just need to pay attention to the route and find the overpass. The infrastructure is not as developed as in China, so it is a problem to cross the street to the other side. There are restaurants and local small supermarkets around the hotel. The room is very clean. I was lucky to get a free upgrade.
WWenzelFor a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.
HHoustonianI donât mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldnât understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didnât get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didnât have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didnât allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby âbecause we are are five star hotel!â(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didnât know I had another booking! Donât understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldnât understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.
AAnonymous UserWarm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay. Good location with a view of Corniche. Lots of shopping choices nearby. Swimming pool was available and we were the only family who had good time in the pool, and in gym too. Basement parking is bit tricky. Overall good experience. Will visit once again in July.
PPepboyThe hotel is very clean, the location is very good, the surrounding is very lively, the environment is very elegant, the room is large, and the breakfast is very rich. Suitable for business travel recommendation
GGuest UserThe hotel reception needs more training and more authority to deal with customers.
He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!!
