I stayed for two nights at this property and I had a very good time. The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.). The room was very clean and quiet. Every day there were two free bottles of water in the minibar. The kettle and tea/coffee bags available in the room were very welcome. The staff were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. If I ever find myself in the area in the future, I will evaluate this property again.

Bellissimo hotel, moderno, pulito e ben gestito.
Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e professionale.
Grande variegata di scelta nella colazione dal dolce al salato.
Posizione comodissima al centro di Rimini e tutti i servizi.
Prenotata una tripla, camera pulita in ordine e fresca dotata di tutto il necessario.
Unica pecca il sapone del dispenser della doccia era troppo annacquato. Era acqua con sapone e non sapone.

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good service and nice breakfast. Convenient location, only about 15-minute walk from both the train station and the beach. The only niggle was little noise from the room next door, but not a big problem. For the price, I was satisfied and would still consider staying here on my next visit.

The hotel is located on the first line of the sea. Just a few steps and we are on the beach! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning.
Very large restaurant. For Italy, breakfasts are very varied. Lots of vegetables, cheese, and snacks, both cold and hot.
The best convenience is the large parking lot behind the hotel (€20/day).
Additionally, there is also a swimming pool in front of the hotel.
I heartily recommend it!

GGuest UserComfortable room, close to the main ***** near the beach. Breakfast was decent plenty of pastries like croissant and cakes. There’s lack of things that Muslims can eat. Just the usual scrambled eggs and bread, give me some roasted potatoes!!
Just have your translator handy, the night receptionist hardly spoke English.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel.
I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

TteniacStaying at Rosabianca was really pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located 10 mins walking distance from the station and from the seaside and main beaches. Despite most of the rooms facing the street, the windows are soundproof, keeping noise outside and quite inside. I had a very good sleep in my room and I also enjoyed a nice and cozy breakfast in the morning.
Staff is very helpful and friendly!
I will definitely suggest booking your stay here when in Rimini.

GGuest UserCheck in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

Where the location very near to the beach,15!minutes walk from train station .The Hotel staffs miss Lara is very kind,helpful and friendly,thank you so much.Room is clean,seaside view and the bed is comfort.buffet breakfast is delicious and loved the croissants,well prepared and tasty.In front of hotel has a mini swimming pool looks cute! Hope to stay again when visit Rimini again

VVeronika SavikinaIt was okay overall, a bit outdated and needs some makeover. Shower pressure mostly. Small room.. Construction works outside is a huge negative of your room is facing sea!! Obviously parking is very tight, but good to leave the key with the reception. Staff is nice and helpful!

HHelenaI expected a bit more, but the location was perfect. Breakfast quite ok. The problem was I found a lot of hair in the new blankets and in the bathroom. The personal wasn't really good on English. Also you can here other rooms a lot.
