Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. A true five star ⭐ experience as all the amenities were top notch . Best accommodation in Mumbai’s financial hub. Metro station is only 10 minutes walk from this hotel. We could not find any fault. Best breakfast we have ever had as they had multi-cuisine options for all the guests.All staff, from reception to house keeping and restaurant were so friendly, attentive, polite and respectful. We requested a surprise birthday cake for our son’s birthday and they kindly arranged a little birthday celebration during breakfast. The restaurant staff were great. We will stay in this hotel every time we visit Mumbai. Our best wishes to Trident and their staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ highly recommend.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area.

Beautiful hotel and great location but service wasn’t great in parts. Mostly in the bar, restaurant for breakfast - very slow and also a lot of items not available. Our iron didn’t work in the room and they forgot to do the turndown service on night 1. We had a good stay but a few areas for improvement.

The hotel is situated near to Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. There is nothing nearby the hotel area, not even a convenient store. It is suitable for short business trip where just needs nearby airport transport due to heavy traffic in Mumbai. Overall, the hotel room is clean and having infinite view to aircraft parking bay. Able to see the flight taxiing if you are staying in right room view. The breakfast has range of variety of Indian and western fusion. However, a minus point is the kitchen never change the breakfast menu. It happened to be exactly same menu for my 4 night stays. Perhaps the kitchen can change at least 1 or 2 dishes in the future.

Best hotel near the airport by far and is next door to the Metro and the DragonFly nightclub for those inclined

The property is truly impressive. From the photos showcasing its creation, it's clear that the owner has invested a lot of heart and soul into it. However, the fern has recently taken over the area. The property has some age to it, and we had read reviews mentioning that the villas require maintenance. We opted for the executive room with a partial beach view. The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful time. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning beach view through the garden—a view to die for. The beachside restaurant offered delicious cocktails and snacks, though it was a bit pricey, which is expected for such a property. Angpa, our server at the restaurant, was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet at Atlantis restaurant was just okay—not the best—seemingly due to limited staff managing a large number of guests. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the kids' water pool, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely plan to visit again.

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration; Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean; Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby ***agers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

Great view . Great hospitality. Great staff . Credit to the restaurant staff who is very polite and kind . Her service is exceptional. I didn’t manage to get her name as I was rushing for my flight . I will d definitely come back to this hotel .

The hotel is ok. The staff is helpful and allowed us to move to a different room. Cleaning is daily. Breakfast is available, a mini buffet, but we weren't particularly impressed with the taste (it was spicy). We had to ask for food to be brought to us because it ran out quickly, and the dining area isn't very cozy.
