Beach Hotels in Lower-Saxony, Germany

The hotel and is nice and clean. We had to checkout day early because of change of plan. Hotel staff told us they will provide full refund for 1 night. After checking out early we were told hotel didn't approve the refund.

Super ,dass es so spontan geklappt hat. Ausstattung ist lediglich der Wasserkocher ,der mir persönlich gefehlt hat. Ansonsten alles top

Bewertung: 5 von 5 Sternen Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es leider zu einem unerwarteten Wasserschaden im Zimmer. Doch was wirklich beeindruckend war: Die Situation wurde vom Hotelmanagement absolut souverän und professionell gehandhabt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde eine Lösung gefunden, wir bekamen ein neues Zimmer und man kümmerte sich freundlich, transparent und aufmerksam um alles Notwendige. Das Team vor Ort war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und herzlich wir fühlten uns trotz des Zwischenfalls sehr gut aufgehoben. Gerade in solchen Momenten zeigt sich, wie gut ein Hotel wirklich geführt wird, und hier kann ich nur sagen: Hervorragend! Ein großes Lob an das Management, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hello Together ☺️ the reception was supi. Very nice employees who were ready to answer questions at any time. The room was very comfortable with the equipment and at breakfast there was sufficient choice, as everyone finds something for his taste. The location is very neutral and we are from the hotel everywhere we wanted to go well. I can recommend it further and would always take a room there.

My wife and I were already more often in the house, even when it was different. we were always very satisfied. it is quite neutral. you can reach the jadebuses and everything belonging to it in a few minutes walk. wilhelmshaven is growing, Because of the Jadewes Port and many interesting attractions such as. : seawater aquarium, many maritime museums. Wilhelmshaven is also called the green city on the sea. Many restaurants with fresh fish and other rounds of dressing visit in WHV. I could warm even more, But you will learn to know yourself, it's worth it. Don't forget the Wattensee museum, the Ship Museum with interesting impressions of the war marine of past times.
