The hotel is very cost-effective; all meals are included; there are two beaches and two swimming pools; the property is spacious; the building hardware is very good; there are many European, Canadian, and Russian guests; check-in is limited to 4 pm; the bar is open only three days a week and one night, which is a bit of a sparse schedule; the large pool lacks cleaning and water changes; there is a difference in treatment between Canadian and travel agency residents; tipping is key to good service in every aspect; you need to change your money before entering the hotel; the self-service omelette and meat buffet is very slow and you have to wait in line; there was a power outage and the lack of energy storage diesel engine made it difficult to issue room cards; there is only a few Wi-Fi spots, not in the dorms; the cell phone signal in the dorms is poor, so you have to go to a small beach near other hotels; the rooms have large TVs; the mosquitoes are very aggressive, so you need to bring all the pest control spray;
