Beach Hotels in Taiwan, China

The location was perfect, right in front of Nanwan Beach and the bus stop. It's a great location for a leisurely stroll by the sea, but if you're looking to get to and from Hengchun, which has plenty to see, eat, and do, and you need to take a bus, I recommend renting a motorbike. You absolutely must try the breakfast!!!!!!! It's absolutely delicious!!!!!! The porridge, noodles, and banh mi are all delicious!!!! Definitely try the breakfast. I'll definitely be back for more. The hotel is cute and pretty, and the cats in the alley in front were adorable. Anyway, definitely try the breakfast.

An absolutely excellent hotel! The views, ambiance, facilities, and service are all top-notch. What truly stood out was the service. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was incredibly well-organized, from reserving a dinner table at the restaurant to borrowing bicycles, helping us find a table at breakfast, and managing the pool and beach lounge areas, as well as the fitness and recreation center – everything was handled perfectly. The staff were all very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, this was by far one of my most satisfying experiences. We booked for five nights and still felt it wasn't enough!

We were there for 2 nights. Room was big enough. However, I had to bring my own water, there was no coffees no breakfast... it seems room fare is too high compare to there services! Basically there was no services except one cleaner came to change the towels!

Best accoms that we had so far!! Everything is really good, it’s right beside the sea, balcony has a nice view of the sea, bed was comfortable, shower facilities are really nice with a bathtub and good soap. They even gave drip coffee packets! Really such a steal for the price. 7-11 is right beside so you can get your supper fixes here 😋 Keep in mind their check in timing is by 2100!

I've stayed at Seawall before, and I remember the air conditioning in the room being very quiet, not affecting my sleep quality at all. This time I stayed in a street-view room with a small balcony, and the AC was still very quiet. It's really important to get good rest when you're traveling. From the hotel entrance, you can see the Dawan seascape and the sunset, and Kenting Street is right behind the hotel. For us, who prioritize relaxation, it's a very suitable and convenient location. Seawall provides breakfast vouchers for a restaurant on the first floor of another building. It's quite simple, but it has everything you need, and I personally thought it was good.

The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. My room had a great view, with the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. Just a heads-up, there are two buildings, and I went to the wrong one to check in initially – the other building has self-check-in. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Dolphin and Whale Watch Centre, which was perfect for my whale watching tour the next day. A special mention for the hotel restaurant: the food was fresh and delicious, and guests get a 20% discount, which is a nice perk!

This is a very stylish B&B with a convenient elevator. The electronic locks throughout the room are also fantastic, so you never have to worry about your keys! When booking, I mentioned we were bringing a small dog, and the housekeeper thoughtfully prepared a crib and water bowl. The landscaping at the first-floor entrance is also fantastic!

The views are amazing, and the shared kitchen is super practical! They have a great variety of beautiful utensils, perfect for cooking simple meals. They even provide a corkscrew. On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

The accommodation was fantastic, right by Beibin Park. I stumbled upon photos of this place and decided to visit Hualien. Hualien is truly beautiful, the ocean and blue sky are so soothing. I just wanted to stare out at the sea from the balcony every day. I hope to return to Yanhua next time I visit.

From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.
