Facilities: The overall room facilities are quite complete. However, the step into the shower is very high, which is really unfriendly for children and the elderly. It's already slippery after a shower, so this feels quite unsafe. No need to bring a universal adapter; there are charging cables for various plugs by the bed, which is very convenient. Hygiene: A minor flaw is understandable, as it's unrealistic to expect a perfectly flawless cleaning, especially at this price point. Environment: The hotel's surroundings feature various unique buildings, perfect for great photos. Of course, the hotel itself also offers opportunities for beautiful shots. Service: Proactively providing toiletries for children and delivering them to the room – full marks!

Pro: The room was clean upon arrived. The view from my room was amazing. You can have a coffee in balcony while enjoying the view. The breakfast also delicious. The staff also polite and very friendly. She help me to book a taxi to the airport. Cons: Location far from city, also need to climb a stair/hill to go to bus stop from the hotel. Overall, my stay was good and feel relax. Will come again next time.

This has to be the best value-for-money Andaz I've ever stayed at! Checking in on a weekday was such a treat! 💚 Room Experience: The layout was well-designed and the flow made perfect sense. The soft furnishings and bedding were clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including drinks, snacks, a Wing Kee Bakery gift box, and special souvenirs (like stylish slippers and eye cream). The kids' amenity kit was complete, even including a toothbrush cup (super cute). The staff set up a small tent in our room; even though the deluxe room wasn't huge, setting up the tent didn't hinder movement. 🤎 Service and Details: The service was professional and meticulous. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being warm and efficient. They even prepared a cake for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. 💙 Special Facilities and Benefits: The gym and indoor pool facilities were new and offered a great experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the 'Grand Resort Deck' water park and 'Kids Zone'. The lobby features a 'Andaz Lounge' area with complimentary refreshments, and in the evening, there's a happy hour with snacks and drinks.

This hotel always gives off a wonderfully warm vibe, and the fireplace definitely plays a big part in that! [happy face emoji] The hotel's buffet is incredibly well-thought-out, especially the desserts – they look amazing and taste even better! [grinning face emoji]

Galaxy Hotel Macau truly made my child's birthday extra special ❤️. We stayed there for my child's birthday, and the staff, especially Henry and Teresa, went above and beyond! They didn't just decorate the room beautifully and set up a cute tent, but also brought a birthday cake and a special gift. The service was warm and meticulous throughout our stay; every detail showed how much they cared. This warmth made my child's birthday unforgettable. I absolutely have to share this wonderful experience with everyone!

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Macau was truly exceptional. The grand, beautifully decorated lobby immediately sets a luxurious tone. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities such as international plug outlets and a large, elegant bathroom (with excellent water pressure and soothing bath salts). The bed linens and pillows were wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the view from our executive-floor room on the 28th floor was breathtaking — a full panorama of the Grand Resort Deck and its lively waterpark, which we thoroughly enjoyed with the kids. The hotel also has a fantastic kids’ room that our children absolutely loved, adding even more joy to our family stay. With direct access to The Promenade mall and its great range of restaurants, plus a wide and delicious breakfast selection, everything felt convenient and indulgent. Service was impeccable throughout, and special thanks go to Manuel, who kindly showed us around at check-in and arranged our transport upon departure. A truly memorable stay in every way.

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time.
