Beach Hotels in Santa Catarina, Brazil

This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

The hotel is very good, privileged location. Very receptive staff. The accommodations are super new, very well maintained swimming pools, saunas and spas are available to guests! And also bicycles so guests can enjoy the city

The hotel is located in the city of Penha-SC. The hotel has the best breakfast in the city ! The reception is very attentive ! The room is beautiful and very comfortable !

Acomodação limpa e bem conservada, cafe da manhã bom pelo valor pago pela reserva só achei a pousada muito barulhenta nas areas comuns,demais hospedes não respeitam horario e os funcionários tbm não chamam a atenção.

The style of the chain store is the same as the Hilton Garden Inn in other countries. The environment is also good, but the English of the lady at the front desk is not very good. The overall feeling is also OK. Recommended.

Room with very bad acoustics. In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.

It was a very good experience. The surrounding environment is beautiful and travel is convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the breakfast is rich. It is a good choice for both business trips and tourism.
