I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

The hotel has a great location in the Camború Balneário, but it left to wish for breakfast because the orange juice served was acetic. I had a problem with the shower, but it was solved by the hotel team.

Hotel with value not consistent with services. Hot air did not work, reception staff with an air of disregard and irony, shower with regulation problems, poor quality TV, crowded hotel with only 1 elevator working at breakfast time, breakfast with a lot of variety but with poor quality, and the worst, very torn pillowcase.

The room is very big and close to the beach. The front desk staff is also very friendly. After checking out, you can also store your luggage at the front desk and get a towel for free to go to the beach. The sea water is very clear and the beach quality is also great.

There is a parking lot, the room has a small balcony, and pushing the door out is the sea! Some people have morning exercises to watch the sunrise and sunset! The location is slightly off, and there are very few nearby meals! There is a super delicious pizza shop in two blocks!

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

I gave a low note in comfort because I had an inconvenience for the hotel not to sell water, it has only a machine that did not pass my card, so I had to leave the hotel and buy water in the neighborhood store.

Hotel Pé na Areia! Quarto: limpo e confortável! Toalhas trocadas e quarto limpo diariamentes. A única coisa que deixou a desejar um pouco foi a pressão da água do chuveiro. Café da Manhã: Bastante variedade, com opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Praia e Piscina: Não há recreação nem monitoria na piscina, mas nada que atrapalhe. Serviço de praia foi ok, mas para pegar cadeira e guarda sol nos dias mais movimentados, chegue cedo, (no período que estava lá, estava faltando um funcionário que estava doente, então o serviço de praia ficou um pouco comprometido). Localização: Bem no centrinho dos Ingleses, muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojinhas na porta do hotel. Só precisa pegar o carro se realmente quiser. Estacionamento: Pago a parte - R$ 30/diária.

This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

Gostei muito de passar minha estadia no hotel quarto bem limpo e com sacada , pscina ótima café da manhã ótimo ,concerteza voltarei a ficar nele E claro que tive que pagar estacionamento , como todos os Hotéis de Balneário

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and stays for convenient transportation. In front of the hotel is the seaside and the scenery is very good. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.

Because of the epidemic, this hotel is not in operation. Instead, I switched to a better resort hotel on another beach of the same group. It has a sea view and the breakfast is also great.

The hotel premium for good service, good accommodation and excellent location, I realized that they are making reforms and I believe it is a good initiative, especially in the hot water system of the shower, tb I realized that a repage in the academy and game room would be a great initiative. The benefits are expected for one night, but if you need to spend more time it becomes a little expensive for the comfort it offers, but for those who are going to Beto Carreiro it becomes uncomfortable because check-in is too late. And the Park opens the 10h. So you can only make your formal entry to the hotel after the Park closes at 19:00 if you want to lose the attractions to have to check in. Parking does not involve guests. My car sleeped in the street. The breakfast is not very acceptable for a hotel on the main street of the city and in front of a large thematic park.The contrast of the comfort of the park to the comfort of the hotel makes it necessary to improve its structure.
