Beach Hotels in Varna Province, Bulgaria

Seaview room, but the sea view was largely obstructed by trees. Still, overall it was pretty good! The breakfast was quite rich with many options. It's considered a relatively high-end hotel in the area!

Everything was almost good, the elevator from the underground car park to the hotel didn't work and there were no signs to reception, we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs ourselves and when we spoke to the reception staff we were simply ignored!

The hotel is ok and is very close to the train station and the port. The street in front of the hotel is horrible. What I didn't like at all was the mattress. As a frequent traveler I was in different hotels in different countries. This was the worst mattress, because I had a feeling as I am laying on metal springs without any material above them. Horrible for people with spinal problems.

I agree that the receptionist doesn’t understand how to attend costumers. The dining room (all inclusive) was annoyance . People have to go and get their food and drinks and so on.. Three times my food was taken away from the table while I was getting coffee or dessert. Even after my 1..complaint it still went on. Internet is rather bad and weak. But à great place to be

The hotel is a bit biased from the city and the view is OK. However, it will be emphasized by the number of people. The price of Ctrip is only the price of one person, even if it is enough for three people. The price of three people is much more expensive. The casino is also very small, won a few times at 21 o'clock and was stared, clearly shuffling your cards, speechless... Summer may be better. But the price is not high...

I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I didn't expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, I really want to thank my housekeeper for doing such a good job every day-she made me feel special! The breakfast in the morning was also great, and the swimming pool and parking lot were great. I really appreciate all the staff and Pella Hotel for making my trip so easy. I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I did not expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and most importantly I want to thank my maid for doing so well every day-she made me feel special ! Fast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals. Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.

I have often stayed here and like it very much even though you guys made a mistake with the booking the Manager honoured the booking. Great service for which Im very grateful to the Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel in Varna. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Hotel verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten die man von einem 4 Sterne-Haus erwarten kann. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Ich würde immer wieder gerne hierher zurückkehren.
