Location very nice service also very good especially woman named Hümeyra who is responsible for the restaurant, what I didn't like is that there is no Netflix and carpets don't look nice and aren't clean, bathroom tiles don't look nice WC also in the toilet there is no toilet brush

Nice stopover. The receptionist was able to book us a connecting family room for our group of 7. Facilities were very clean, modern and in good condition. Location though was a bit of a walk from the main part of the town/city centre (15-20mins) and having free breakfast offered would have improved our experience.

The most satisfying thing about the whole Turkish trip is this hotel, which has to be a five-star hotel, the service is in place, the facilities are complete, and the response is fast.

Girişte çok güzel karşılandım. Güler yüzlü çalışanlarıyla aklımda kalan DEDEMAN OTEL KONYA aşırı çok temiz, düzenli, kahvaltısı harika, odam her gün temizlendi. Yakınıda taksi durağı, dolmuş, minibüs durağı, market var. Çarşıya çok yakın. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was beautiful and I had stayed before, staff. It was very kind and laughing, breakfast was a little weak, and it was very watery

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

Not bad for short trip

The cafe outside the hotel is being renovated and feels untidy. The room is big, the view is good, and the morning is rich. The disadvantage is that there are too many tourist groups, and the hotel's carpets look old and not clean.
