Hotels With Bar in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

The Knot Hotel is conveniently positioned, within walking distance of the main walkways, The Peace Park and the river with the ferry to the island of Miyajima. The staff are all helpful and friendly and the rooms are new and modern design. The views from the room and the rooftop bar are spectacular. You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Knott Hotel.

The hotel is huge and in a great location, very convenient for getting around, and close to the airport bus stop. The room view was decent. The nearby mall wasn't very exciting though, a bit boring. It's also close to the Atomic Bomb Dome. However, the room facilities are really, really, really outdated. The decor is old-fashioned and not suitable for young people. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is the second closest hotel to the station, with Daiwa being the first. The downside of being so close is the noise from passing trains. The overall soundproofing of the hotel isn't great either; I could clearly hear the cleaning staff talking in the hallway during my afternoon nap. Also, for some reason, there were sudden, loud cracking noises in the room. At first, I thought it might be the wooden furniture expanding and contracting due to temperature changes, making a loud 'CRACK!', but then I wondered how that could be when the AC was on constantly. These noises were quite disturbing in the middle of the night. The fridge was also noisy, and so was the AC. In short, there was a mix of various noises, yet somehow they seemed to cancel each other out – quite a bizarre experience. The facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is spacious. It was clean, and the service was very good.

This hotel is fantastic! The second-floor entrance/exit is right next to the Shinkansen exit, and the first-floor exit leads directly to the Hiroshima Loop Bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk offers service in both Japanese and English. The gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. When I forgot my room key card, he quickly helped me get a new one, and at check-out, they promptly stored my luggage for me. The room was perfectly spacious for a single person, with all the necessary amenities and plenty of outlets everywhere for charging devices. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I come back.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can spot it right after exiting the JR station, and it's just a minute's walk to the ferry terminal (for Imabari). Two minutes further, and you'll find bike rentals, with U2 and other cafes just beyond. It's incredibly convenient for cycling the Shimanami Kaido! Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Senkoji Temple Ropeway station. The hotel has everything you need; the only minor issue was the bathroom ventilation wasn't very powerful, but everything else was great 👍. They even gave us delicious orange jelly!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

 I would like to give a top grade to Beacon hotel.  it is on the second floor of Onomichi station. This time we was upgrade to a very cozy family room. we are very happy to see that is a simple kitchen. We were on bicycle travel from Imabari. Our luggage was sent to the room before we check in. Staffs are all very kind and easy communicate. Only heard one time train pass by after we slept. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very new hotel. Highly recommend!

一入門口2位女職員戴著口罩望著我, 很冷淡, 我走到櫃檯check in 便指我去自助機自行check in, 入了幾次voucher no. 都未能成功, 我請職員幫忙, 她很不情願地走過來, 印象不太好。之後晚上另一位女職員及男職員都很熱情有禮。 浴場不大, 但只有我和女兒所以很OK. 早餐環境很開揚, 食物選擇不多, 好像只提供到9AM還是9:30AM, 10AM CHECK OUT都比較早

I'm a local, but I used this hotel for various reasons. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady who I happened to have a chance to talk to was also very nice.

Since I just need to sleep for one night, it will be convenient for me to board the plane at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon. Take the bus from Hiroshima JR Station to the airport and walk for 5 minutes. The waiters were attentive. Although my Japanese was not very good (I could speak English and Mandarin), they took care to remind me where to pick up the supplies, and the waiters took the initiative to deliver the luggage to the room, which was worth praising! Fortunately, we were assigned to the 6th floor (top floor), which had a great view of the airport runway and could see planes coming in and out. The wifi signal is weak and often disconnected, which needs to be improved!  The hot breakfast in the morning was adequate and tasty. After checking out, you still have a little time to go to the nearby Sanjing Garden for a walk. The beautiful environment is the last attraction to complete your journey!
