The hotel is wonderful, a wonderful accommodation, a beautiful view of the city. Just don't get to your will, wearing shorts and blues, because even you pay, the receptionists will judge you, and look wrong. There is also a lack of trip to enter wm agreement with the hotel because there is a payment option ONLINE, in the hotel the recipients deny payment. Deceptive!! If that was the hotel that I would like to host at the end of the year, today it is no longer!

I didn't expect to use Trip.com to book a hotel on a business trip abroad. The motherland is too strong. The room is very clean and it is recommended. I will continue to use Trip.com to book a hotel.

I was closed for three people when I arrived there, I had two single beds, I had to pay more 100,00 for one extra bed in the room, unfortunately I had that unexpected.

The room offers good accommodation for the necessary rest. Excellent hot and cold shower! The point that the administration deserves to take care is, in my view, the presentation of the SPA facilities, because the walls need reform and the ceilings of the bathroom and shower are with mopho signs, and needs the appropriate corrective measures. The environment of the SPA is, of course, very wet and this requires constant maintenance and special cleaning, which I found poor. In general, accommodation is valuable and I suggest, but I suggest that the hotel manager make a detailed inspection of the SPA facilities, because it is impossible to use the mopho environment on the walls (check the ceilings of the toilet and the shower).

Excellent hotel very good , service treated us with closed face difference I spoke good afternoon nor answered me , placed us in a room that was not booked then they spoke that the rooms I booked were all busy , more placed in another room , excellent breakfast many varieties pleasant clean room was all very good first time , would return more times ...

I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. It is not bad to have lunch here several times, and the daily breakfast is OK. But Brazilians may eat salty and sweet 😂 not so used to eating.
