What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

Super reception, very clean accommodation, excellent litter, well soundproofed, well located ( near the Chartreux metro), air conditioning, number (5), vase and liquid vase gel shower, filter cafe, pad and box, Mug cup set sheet, jump ballai .... Nothing misses!

Reception was shocking, everytime we needed assistance the wait was long and customer service not good, no one could be bothered. Small bar not a problem but no stock not even ice. The indoor pool was a good size but guest were allowed to walk in and out through the dining area wet with no shoes on straight into the lift. There seemed to be a lot of young people and familes being housed there, again not a problem but there was no hotel experience or service for the paying guest. The rooms were really nice and clean lots of space but the night we arrived one guest had been beaten up and had to be attended to by paramedics and police. Not sure how they got in as needed key card to enter lift. The saving grace for me was the roof terrace and pool, good space, lovely pool and the fact that were english and the weather was hot for us we had the whole area to ourselves as it was to cold for everyone else. The train runs almost directly behind the hotel which is cheap and a good way to travel in and out of the center. I would not stay here again.

New residence, very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodations with balconies face south with a view of the pedestrian square. The other buildings (mainly offices) obstruct the noise from the nearby airport. Slightly limited crockery equipment; fridge too small, you have to do the shopping often. Far from the beaches and the city center, you have to take tram line 2 to get there (nearest beach Carras 10 minutes by tram, less busy than those in the center); city ​​center 25 - 30 min by tram. Close to transport: new Nice-St Augustin station (TER to Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice city / Monaco / Menton) 300m away; “Grand Arénas” tram stop 300m away; Bus station for the west of the department (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, hinterland) 500m away. No nearby business; the nearest supermarket is 600m away, Phoenix Park next door. ”Interparking nouvelle'R” parking nearby, but not very practical for SUVs and larger cars due to narrow passages.

On the first day, I found someone's toenails and asked them to clean them. They didn't clean. I asked for cleaning 5 times in 3 nights, but they I just wrote down the room number and didn't do it. And most of the female staff are not willing to help. I didn't even smile and didn't say hello when I left. And they say, because it's a ”service apartment” There is no cleaning service per day unless you are staying for a long period of time, and towels are only provided on the first day, and you have to pay 5 euros if you want. However, washing machine is not included in the room. But the location and facilities are good.

Value for money was great. The room was very clean and kitchenette was complete. But the refrigerator wasn’t working at all…so we couldn’t keep anything cold. Air-conditioning was very effective and quiet. Location was not great, but good — it was super near Gare Saint-Charles, but around a 10-15min walk to the Old Port. Nevertheless, I would recommend this aparthotel.

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

Clean, but basic. Reception closes at 11pm, if you need assistance, hard luck. Parking is not at the hotel, but a general car park for all, charges €11 per night. There is a small parking area outside the hotel, but it is pure luck if you can get in it, only space for 5/6 cars. Staff are polite, but communication could be better for clients and each other.

The self-guided tour chose this accommodation, the environment is relatively clean and refreshing, the hotel apartment, someone cleaned the next day. The transportation is very convenient, 5 minutes to the subway station, you can take the subway two or three stations to the train station or the old port. The price is also relatively cost-effective.

I would not recommend this hotel. -Hard to find -Far from city center ($15 euro Uber each way) -no face cloths provided -only one small roll of toilet paper provided (and a half used one) -soap dispensers almost empty -no hair dryer -air conditioner didn’t work -did not allow early check in -stains on walls -broken glass in the cupboard -cobwebs -moldy shower curtain -shower handle was broken and didn’t stay on the holder -They charge $7 per clean (daily clean is not included!!) These are the reasons I would not stay again or recommend staying. This hotel needs improvement and care. You can't check in until 3pm, no matter what - even if your flight arrives at 9am in the morning, so be aware that they will need to hold your bags if you wish to drop them off. Staff was very friendly, but right at 3pm, everyone arrives to check in and the wait can take a little time. Our room was pretty small, but had a little kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.

I stayed in this hotel last week with my 81 year-old mother. I liked the location of the hotel and the initial impressions was quite favourable. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed. After enquiring wether this could be changed I was promised another room which I looked at but which also had a double bed. I then decided to stay in the original room because the receptionist did not know which rooms were made up as double or twin. She then promised to send someone the following day at a precise time to change the bed. The morning come and went. Nothing happened. I then contacted reception again, which did not know about anything. The day went by and finally in the late afternoon 2 grumpy women turned up, clearly causing them more work, and changed the bedding. The kitchen is modern and has a lot fo good features, but cheap and uncoordinated cutlery, no knives to cut anything decent. The 2 glasses were so small you could almost call it a shoot glass. Just a shame to have a fully functioning kitchen without much equipment to use. The bathroom is small and functional, but the main issue here is the height of the bath tub. How can anyone of a smaller statue even get in??? Not much room to put your toiletries either. Storage seems to be a general problem in the room as well since there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes but not really any storage space for folded clothes in easy reach. The carpet is dirty. There are no reading lights next to the bed and no lights close enough to the table. It was a very dim affair eating your dinner. There was a sign saying you cannot use the balcony for sitting outside or hanging things up. Why even have a balcony I wonder?? What makes me really negative is, that the hotel randomly charged my credit card which is just discovered today. Let´s see when I will get my refund. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and interest of the place.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

We visited here in July for the Grand Prix so we just needed a base for 2 adults. This place had 24hr check in and was a 10min walk to the train station so it ticked those boxes! There is security on the door at night as the hotel is in a rough part of town but within a 5min walk, you are close to the Port which is gorgeous so it's a good location for exploring. The room was large and cool with a balcony, there was a definite smell from the drains so if you're sensitive to smells then it might not be the one for you but the kitchenette is large and well stocked with a Nespresso so that was nice. They provide a breakfast board for 9 euros which covered all the bases and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and you get a balcony (it overlooks some apartments but it's nice to have somewhere to hang wet towels etc). I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for a base to eat/sleep. It's not luxury but it had everything we needed for a short stay in 38c heat!
