Qiqihar Forest Park is located in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. It is a park built on the basis of Qiqihar Youth Forest Farm and belongs to forestry land. Qiqihar National Forest Park was first approved by the former Ministry of Forestry in 1992. Qingsong hunting ground in Heilongjiang Province was approved in 1988. It was rated as a national "AA" tourist area in 2002. Mingyue Island, the red-crowned crane of Zhalong Nature Reserve and the sister island of Sun Island, enjoys the same reputation in the western region of Heilong Province, and is rated as one of the three major tourist characteristics of Qiqihar.
