The Gulong Mountain canyon group has rich and unique tourism resources. The landscape of 'one water running through three gorges and three mountains' is known as 'a unique wonder under heaven'. The three wonders of the Gulong Cave: 'carp spouting jade', 'golden dragon spitting pearls', and 'child's kung fu pee', are breathtaking! Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon - China's most magical primitive ecological natural park. The 'Hometown of Hydrangea' and 'Birthplace of the Wa Family' - Old State, formerly known as Guishun State (now Jingxi), was located 8 kilometers from Jingxi City. Known for its strange mountains and beautiful waters, it is a microcosm of Jingxi's scenery. It integrates resources such as landscapes, historical culture, and ethnic customs, and is a nationally famous hometown of hydrangea. People blend their wisdom and emotions into these naturally perfect hydrangeas. It is the hometown of the famous anti-Japanese heroine 'Madam Wa', and has many cultural relics such as the tomb garden of Zhang Tianzong, a general under Wen Tianxiang, the ancient tombs of the Cen Tusi, and the famous Hydrangea Street, known as the 'living museum of the Zhuang people'. Quyang Lake, located 28 kilometers north of Jingxi City. The green mountains, like affectionate young girls, tenderly embrace the clear and mirror-like Quyang Lake, dressing up with abandon. The lake is symmetrical from south to north, surrounded by mountains and water, with clear water, forest-like peaks, vast misty waves on the water surface, isolated islands scattered like stars, and bamboo groves and Zhuang villages embellishing it, creating a charming landscape where mountains and water reflect each other. One of the three famous springs in Southwest China, Goose Spring, also known as Ling Spring, now called Goose Spring Scenic Area, is the source of Asia's largest transnational waterfall - Detian Waterfall, located 6 kilometers south of Jingxi City. The water of Goose Spring never dries up throughout the seasons and is as clear as a mirror. The surrounding peaks are like screens, the countryside is like a tapestry, and the scenery is picturesque. Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty, upon learning of the spiritual beauty of the mountains and rivers here, bestowed the name 'Ling Spring Evening Glow'. Goose Spring has been known since ancient times for the touching legend of Yang's nurturing of the divine goose, and there is a saying about the Goose Spring Festival 'Goose Spring Carp Leaping Three Layers of Waves'. Mr. Guan Shanyue, a famous Chinese painter, once visited Goose Spring and wrote an inscription: 'Carp leaping in the goose pond'.

Departing from Kunming, the bus goes directly to Quyang Lake. It sets off at 8:30 in the morning. There was a bit of congestion when leaving Kunming, but the highway was smooth except for a section under construction that caused a traffic jam. After reaching Honghe, we continued south, and the scenery on the highway became increasingly beautiful. At 4:00 in the afternoon, after traveling 700km, we finally arrived at Quyang Lake. ✅For visiting Quyang Lake, I suggest everyone to navigate directly to Baqi Tun map 5, because going to the visitor center won't allow you to climb the mountain for a full view of the lake, and the boat rides there are also quite expensive. In Tunli, get off the bus and go straight to climb the mountain. The stairs are a bit steep but there are handrails on both sides, so it's not too difficult to climb. It takes less than 20 minutes to reach the top, where there is a pavilion and an observation deck, offering an excellent view. Once at the top, the beauty of 'mountains in the lake, lakes in the mountains' is fully visible. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during the entire May Day holiday. If the weather were clear and bright, the charm of the scenery would definitely skyrocket! ✅After descending the mountain, you can take a boat to enjoy the scenery in and around the lake. The boats are owned by the villagers 🚤, costing 30 yuan per person, with a tour lasting about 50 minutes. I personally think it's quite a bargain. Sitting on the boat without a care, just leisurely enjoying the scenery, is really pleasant. However, a word of caution for girls who come later: because the weather was bad during the May Day period, be sure to bring a jacket 🧥 when taking the boat ride, or you'll be freezing! The whole visiting process was not too crowded and the experience was good. ✅Personally, I think climbing the mountain and taking a boat ride is enough. It can be done in 2-3 hours. If you have more time, you can go around the lake, but I think the view from the mountain top and the close contact experience on the boat are already sufficient. After the boat ride, it was just 7:00 in the evening, and we drove to Jingxi City for accommodation, which took 40 minutes. Driving all day was tiring and we were very hungry, so we ate at the Global Business Center's Yipin Beef Feast Chaozhou Beef, which had good dishes and service, for the girls who come later to consider. We stayed at the Shangkeyou Chain Hotel, which was quite cost-effective during the May Day period, overall not bad, economical and clean.

Quyang Lake is known as the "sea in the mountains" 🌿This place has not been developed yet, and the matching facilities have not kept up. There are many heavy trucks on the road for self-driving, and the dust is flying. 🌿Here you can drive around the lake, or you can take a boat tour. The view from the observation deck is absolutely beautiful, and most importantly, there are few people. 🌿On the way, I met a local who asked me how I knew about this place. Quyang Lake is a large karst plateau lake reservoir. It is located 28 kilometers northwest of Jingxi City, with a total area of 2469.9 hectares (24.699 square kilometers, or 37048.5 acres), and a total reservoir capacity of 92 million cubic meters. Among them, the lake area is 15540 acres (10.36 square kilometers, or 1036 hectares), the lake is 15 kilometers long, the widest part is 1 kilometer, and it is the second largest artificial lake in Baise City. The water quality is excellent, there are more than a dozen large and small islands, along the coast there are mountains with an altitude of more than a thousand meters, and hundreds of Zhuang-style stilted villages hidden in the green trees and bamboo. On August 22, 2022, with the approval of the People's Government of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Autonomous Region Forestry Bureau announced the second batch of important wetlands in the autonomous region, including the Jingxi Quyang Lake Wetland.
