The fountain in the downtown area of Istanbul is very beautiful. Many leisure locals in the square are reading and chatting. On the contrary, there are not many tourists. It's worth visiting.
It's worth going! Whether you live in an old city or a new one, it's quite convenient to come here. Behind St. Sophia's Cathedral is its Palace gate.
This beautiful piece of architecture is located right outside the gates to Topkapi Palace and is a good place for a photo.
The Fountain of Sultan Ahmed III (Ahmet Çeşmesi) is a Turkish rococo structure located in the great square in front of the Imperial Gate of Topkapı Palace. It was built under Ottoman Sultan Ahmed III in 1728. It was a social centre and gathering place during Ottoman period Constantinople. The fountain is a block with five small domes. Mihrab-shaped niches each contain a drinking fountain (çeşme). The water is supplied from an octagonal pool inside the kiosk.
