红领巾公园，位于朝阳门外后八里庄，东四环路红领巾桥东北角。占地39万平方米，其中水面16万平方米。地面以儿童游乐场为主，水面各式游船漂荡。70年代以前，这里湖水清澈，景色秀丽，后因环境污染而被破坏严重，1989年经清淤治理，才再现往日风貌。湖面面积16万平方米。领巾公园位于朝阳区朝阳门外后八里庄，朝阳北路被侧，东四环路穿园而过。公园建于1958年，占地面积40公顷，其中水面16公顷。该园绿化面积23万平方米，绿化覆盖率达57%，实有树木和宿根花卉万余株，草坪6.6万平方米。为青少年提供良好的教育场所和健康成长服务是其主要功能。
