Services are good.. the staff are all approachable.. highly recommended to my friends who find cheaper prices to stay in Singapore for vacation 🫰🙏🙌

No facilities, room lacked hair dryer and plenty of dusty spider webs all around the ceiling and sides of walls. Only a multi purpose body shower and shampoo available. Drinks were just 2 small packets of distilled water. Place looks really old compared to the China hotels I've visited at much lower prices and better amenities nearby. Room lacked proper lighting as well.

The room was too small for superior double room. We were given different on the pictures we have seen. The room was dirty, rusty and have spider webs. Not worth it.

The hotel is in geylang road.. there is a lot of busses can be accessed near by.. the mrt also 15 minutes walk. The room is small but with the price, it is understood. It is suggested for budget trip yet fun

The room is relatively clean. Just suitable for shower, sleep and go.

Miss understand about my bookings for days to be staying in hotel, but sorted, very handy for food's in nearby restaurants, and mixed foods, transport OK, but found hard to know what bus 🚍 to use if your stranger, luckily people helping, easy enough in hotel to find room with heavy luggage by lifts , not every hotel has lifts, as older person. Staff not to bad, clean, but my fan leaking some water onto floor. Weather of and on need brolly heavy rain, and very 🔥 hot, you choose .if this helps, next time person , some noisy. People.

Average rating.Place was so so.Cleaniness can be improved further.location wise the place is quite centralize.Room is not that spacious but still acceptable.remote for the tv was not working had to manually change the channel from the tv set.Need to do maintenance check for this.

This hotel shouldn’t have a star rating at all. The photos on internet of this hotel are all fake, Aircon hardly works and leaks water and I w Vernon crawl under my bed. Was using my slippers on the floor of room that gives you a idea,

"Exceptional stay at Khotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prime location near food spots, bus stop, and a supermarket. Rooms are spotless and service is fantastic. Plus, the added convenience of a washing machine downstairs for a minimal fee.
