My kids are happy and wouldn't wanna leave the hotel. Love that they offer kids amenities and drawing kit without us asking. Kudos to Jon for providing info about the hotel and Rey, Pia for assisting us during our stay.

Perfect for family and the services was really good! We were very well taken care of even prior to our stay. The staff noticed I am taking our four year old and asked about kid amenities even we booked thru trip.com. Value for money stay.

My wife and I recently had a fantastic stay at Andaz Hotel in Macau. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the friendly front desk staff, especially Bella. She made us feel welcomed and ensured that our check-in process was smooth and pleasant.
To our surprise, we were automatically upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful gesture that truly enhanced our stay. Throughout our time at the hotel, we experienced exceptional service from the attentive staff members. The facilities were top-notch, the amenities were great, and the overall ambiance was just perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We had a memorable experience at Andaz Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Macau. Thank you to Bella and the entire team for making our stay truly special.

Our stay in this hotel was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. We went there for 3 nights concert of MIRROR (Hong Kong Cantopop boy group) and the hotel was super busy during the period. We would come back if we are going to have another concert in Macau. Thank you.

It’s nearly perfect except the location is a bit off and there is no indoor walking bridge connecting to the Galaxy complex.

Located on top of Galaxy Arena and exhibition centre. Long queue for elevators back to hotel room after the concert. No direct shuttle from Cotai Pier, got to change at Galaxy Crystal lobby, 12-20min headway.

The hotel is nice and clean just a staff who standing the entrance of the restaurant is not friendly at all. ie no morning greetings to the customer.
