The basin tiles are also cracked and worn. When we arrived at the room, the door was wide open. Anyone can enter. I gave a low score and the most unacceptable thing is that when I arrived at the room floor, as soon as the elevator opened, there was a heavy smell of smoke at the stairwell and in an open room that passed by. Maybe the hotel is not non-smoking??? I booked a triple room, but it only provided supplies for two people, such as towels, toothbrushes, mineral water, disposable slippers, etc. Later, I asked the cleaning lady to make up for it. My thoughts about this room are those of my aunt who worked hard to clean them. Because of her cleanliness, you can accept this room to a large extent. When I checked in, I met a little girl who looked like an intern. Someone needs to teach you how to check in. It took a while. They also didn’t tell me the network password, etc. . We didn't find out until we got to the room and asked the front desk. But this is not a big problem. Because the service attitude is good. Basically the service from the hotel staff is okay. Hot tea is provided in the lobby. But when I asked for a drink at noon on the day I checked out, I found it was empty. The weather is cold, 4 degrees Celsius. I saw several groups of people coming in and out. They all asked the front desk that the tea was out, and they didn't install new ones. This also needs to be improved. Breakfast was average. The location is great. Easy access. At this price, facilities should be improved. for me, Wouldn't say it was a value for money stay.
