Studio service apar**ent near ICC mall with a lot of restaurants nearby. Cozy and comfortable room, friendly staff. 10 min walk to Lin He Xie metro station.

It is located in the CBD area of Guangzhou, hence very easy to grab a taxi. The main entrance of the hotel is located at the backside of ICC.. The hotel itself is quite new, hence the amenities and facilities are quite nice. Toiletries were replenished everyday. Plenty of food option available in ICC, hence finding food around the hotel is not difficult. Only complain is that the breakfast location is not in the hotel… it was located in a restaurant outside of the hotel premises which you can access via a connected hallway that is open only during the breakfast hour. The food there wasn’t that ideal and the options were very limited. The setting of the restaurant was a pizzeria hence the a**osphere was just like a fast food chain. With the markup in price to include breakfast, you can honestly get much better food via a food delivery app or even on your own. The front desk staffs are helpful especially Winnie，she is always considerate.

Easy to find, clean and nice apar**ents. Location is good, close to APM and metro station, walkable to Guangzhou East Railway Station

I like this service apar**ent as location n everything are good. I like the room especially the toilet is spacious with bath tub, after a long day out for business , can have a relax bathing at bath tub. When we checked in early, the reception manager to get us the room so that we can leave our luggage in the room and out for meeting without worrying about our luggage. Very thoughtful of the reception staff. In general , I like this service apar**ent and will come back again next month.

Value for money. Clean and nice hotel. Shower area was very good. Loved to see that they give 24 hour free coffee machine provided in lobby and entrance. Nice gesture. Would love to stay again here

Rooms were clean, WiFi was good and amenities were great. Location not too bad if u don't mind walking a litte. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I love the ascott hotel and the room is wonderful. It is located in a great spot near a major metro station with a wonderful mall.

Sheltered connection to icc mall, which has a few food options and a cinema. It is also a 5-10min walk to another mall that offers other food options. Room is like a studio apar**ent, clean and modern, complete with bathtub, washing machine, stove and microwave.
