Good birding spot
Lots of birds in the shrubs and a large area of mud flats to see gulls and wading birds during the season. Easy and flat trails make it a nice morning coffee mosey spot.
PLEASE do not walk out on the mudflats when the tide is out! We had a frightening encounter when one of our party got stuck in the mud up to his waist. It's like quicksand in some places!
