Photos of Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster

The Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster is one of Fujian's landmarks. Its unique pattern (3 round earth buildings surrounding one oval shaped building) has earned the nickname "four dishes and one soup". These earth buildings are shaped like beautiful plum blossoms. As you move down the mountain path, the changing viewing angle seems to make the earthen buildings magically change shape as well. The round and square buildings appear and reappar as you follow the path. When you get to the bottom of the road, lift your head and look up. The tall towers look splendid in the sunshine. It's a great place to take pictures.
