Yijinfang No. 16 is the residence of Qing Jiaqing Jinshi Zheng Pengcheng, the most distinctive feature of the Shuixi stage. Theatre is a place for viewers to sit in, and upstairs is where the ladies sit.

It is the only remaining water raft stage in Fuzhou City. It is an important place for festive banquets in the government. The pool area is 60 square meters, the pool bottom spring, not long years, the pool has goldfish, eel, turtle and other aquariums. The water raft stage built on the pool sits south to north, and is a single-layer platform; The square algae well on the inner top, the middle carving group crane, the Zhou decoration bat, symbolizing Fushou double. The stage three faces the water, the middle patio, facing the pavilion, and the sound is good. The stage is square and has an area of 30 square meters.
