Guest User: The hotel was good but also updated. Rooms were good clean and also nice fresh linen. Had a good and easy to adjust shower although the bathroom was pretty small as it included a toilet as well. Everything else was good. Breakfast was better than the previous hotels we stayed but can be better. Some breakfast items were not presented and there was no microwave so not possible the cook the oat porridge.

Guest User: Overall stay was good but could hv been a little better. The beds are hard on my back. The elevator was slow and had to hit buttons to open door on every floor. Front desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. We were there from Richmond va for local crab feast.

Eric Gallien: SpringHill Suites was just the type of stay we were looking for. Convenient, Clean and great price point. Check in was a breeze. The room we had reserved was everything that was described. The roof top bar was great. The vibe was phenomenal. Only wish there was an on site restaurant, but the local options they gave were great. We ate at Madrones. Highly recommended to eat at. Will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Guest User: No extra service, just standard. They booked us 60+ on the fourth floor & then told us the elevator was not working! They were booked so nothing could be done. Glad one of us didn’t have a wheelchair! Disappointed in Sleep Inn, I expected a little more friendliness/welcoming. I also booked a non smoking room. When we finally climbed 4 flights of steps due to elevator broken, opened the door to the Room & it smelled smokey & the air conditioner was turned off! It was steaming hot in the room! I won’t be booking at this hotel anymore. Very disappointed Sleep Inn- Frederick, Maryland!!!
