Xihongmen Mosque

The Xihongmen Mosque, which has a history of hundreds of years, has begun to be repaired. The old temple is still receiving the people. The Xihongmen Mosque was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a long history and has been renovated many times in the middle. It was burned down by foreign invaders at the beginning of the last century. Now the West Red Gate has undergone earth-shaking changes, has been transformed from the countryside into a modern city, here has also changed, in the old temple south side of the new temple.

The old mosque was in the middle of the street, and now there have been earth-shaking changes around, but the old mosque is still there, and new buildings have been added to the south, which is generally very good, adding color to this old building.

The Xihongmen Mosque was built during the Yongle Ming Dynasty. It was expanded several times in the Qing Dynasty and burned by the eight-country coalition forces. It was renovated after 1901. In the change of Xihongmen, the mosque also changed dramatically, and in 2010 the south side of the old temple was re-expanded to accommodate more than 600 people, forming a layout of the old temple and the new temple. Xinsi is located in the commercial center of Xihongmen, close to Hongyan Square, and the location is very good.

Xihongmen Mosque has a long history, practice and Ming Dynasty. During the Qing Dynasty, it was repaired many times to form a certain scale and has a relatively large reputation. When the eight-country coalition invaded Beijing, it burned down here, and later resumed and repaired it.
