Lingshan Natural Scenic Area is 122 kilometers away from the capital, adjacent to Longmen Forest Park in the west; connected with Longmenjian Scenic Area in the east; and connected with National Road 109 in the south. Due to its altitude, Lingshan has formed a natural scenic spot in Beijing, which integrates fault mountains and fold mountains, with splendid peaks and boundless flowers, within a radius of 25 square kilometers. There are both warm temperate vegetation and relative vegetation in the cold regions of Siberia. There are birch forests and hazelnuts, yellow flowers, roses, nasturtiums, wild leeks and other plants, especially famous for alpine meadows. Thousands of flowers are embroidered on the velvet-like carpet. The breeding farms of Xinjiang fine-wool sheep, Ili horses, and Qinghai-Tibet yak in Beijing are also a paradise for wild animals.
