Gives an insight into how Wisbech Harbour must have looked in earlier years
An impressive look at Wisbech history when one can see how important the town (now the capital of The Fens) was when in former years it was nearer to The Wash and filled with ancient shipping
Obviously huge amounts of money wasted on this area as no one seems interested in managing it properly. If it were not for the local volunteers keeping the litter and weeds down it would be an eysore....
Just came across this while walking around, this is not really a harbour, there were some boats there but nothing to see, it is not somewhere you would say " Let's go for a walk around the harbour" li...
Everyday i travel from home into the town and have to cross over the bridge and onto a roundabout which links the A1101 with the Lynn Road to Kings Lynn. Dependent on the tides in is nice to get a qui...

Morning stroll
Already knew there was a yacht harbour in the town. Very easy to get to, but difficult to see much as there is a lot of foliage obscuring the view.
