Well loved gardens and house which was one of the first banks
The house and gardens are fascinating . The quaker Peckover family made their name opening one of the first banks, which later became Barclays. There is a good display in the house about this. However...
Will visit again to see the gardens in Summer
Gardens were nice for this time of the year but the house was closed due to repairs. Will go again later in the year. Parking can be opposite but there is also a car park a short walk away
