It is a long and narrow park along the embankment that is about 20 minutes drive from the center of Sapporo in the Toyohira River Basin in Shiraishi Ward. It is a simple scale with a walking path and four alleys, toilets, benches, etc., but 1000 Yoshino cherry trees that are said to have been planted since the beginning of Heisei are planted, and it is a famous place for hidden cherry blossoms. I didn't know anything about this park, so I loved the cherry blossoms that peaked down a little, but there were few visitors and it was a great environment for the corona disaster. Also, ...
As the name suggests, it is a park with many cherry trees and moss cherry blossoms. In Sapporo City, there is a tendency that visitors to see a few famous cherry blossom spots concentrate, and I think it is valuable to be able to enjoy the cherry blossoms quietly like here.
