Booking Guideline
- Please select the pick-up date carefully as the data package are programmed to start on that date. If you need to change the data start date, please contact the customer service
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with eSim and the local network. An admin charge will still apply in case of phone compatibility issues
- To check if your phone is compatible, go into Settings> Cellular/ Mobile Data/ Sim Card and see if have the option to ‘Add cellular/ mobile data plan/ eSim’
- In general, following unlocked devices are compatible with eSim:
-- iPhones: XR, XS, XS Max, XS Max Global, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE 2020, 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14,14Pro, 14 Pro Max, iPad Pro 12.9inch (3rd, 4th generation), iPad Pro 11inch (1st, 2nd generation), iPad Air (3rd, 4th generation), iPad (7th, 8th generation), iPad mini (5th generation)
- Samsung: Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S21+ 5G, and S21 Ultra 5G, Fold LTE, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Ultra, Ultra 5g
- Google Pixel: Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 4, Pixel 5
- Other: Huawei P40, P40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro, Motorola Razr 2020
iPhones sold in or produced for China, and some Hong Kong versions, do not support eSim

Change & Refund Policies
- Cancellations made at or before 01:00 on the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations made after 01:00 on the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 20%
- Partial cancellation of this booking is not permitted
How to Use It
- Add eSim to your phone:
- 1) Open email with eSim activation QR code
- 2) Open Settings on your mobile phone. Go to Cellular/ SIM Card- Click 'add a Cellular Plan/ eSim' or Network& Internet- Mobile network- Download Cellular Plan/ SIM
- 3) Use the mobile phone to scan the QR code to add and activate eSim
- 4) Name new eSim as you wish, e.g. Xplori or Travel
- Enable data:
- 1) Select new eSim for data usage
- 2) Turn on Data roaming for the new eSim
- 3) Restart the phone if needed
Notices
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited or eSim might be suspended for users who process large amounts of data. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from longer video streaming, wifi sharing and/ or processing a huge amount of data
- There is no local phone number and you cannot make standard phone calls, but you can still use messenger services for texting and calling
- Top-up on the same eSim is possible - please purchase another data package on Trip/ Ctrip and message to customer service
- We advise to activate the eSIM when you receive it to make sure all is ready. The data connection will only work in your destination and starting on your selected pickup date
- eSim can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/ Remove eSim from your device after successful installation
Refund in case of malfunction, but you need to contact customer service when the issue occurs
