Yutai Salt Store

Xikou Yutaitaipu is a salt shop run by Chiang Kai-shek's grandfather and father. It is also the birthplace of Chiang Kai-shek. Since the end of Qing Dynasty, the salt shop has caught fire twice, and the existing house was rebuilt in the 1940s.

Yutai Yanpu is located in the middle section of Wuling Road, Fenghua Xikou Town, Zhejiang Province. It is the location of the salt shop opened by Jiang Jieshi's grandfather and father, and is also the birthplace of Jiang Jieshi. Since the end of Qing Dynasty, the salt shop has caught fire twice, and the existing house was built in 1946. In 1996, it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit in the country.

Yutai Yanpu was opened by Jiang Kaishi's grandfather. The store is divided into two buildings, the front building is three downstairs, the upstairs is home, and the back is a workshop. Salt and wine are mainly sold, including rice, vegetable cakes, lime and groceries, and then handed over to Jiang Kaishi's father to operate. Dezong Guangxu 13 years (1887), Chiang Kai-shek was born here.

玉泰盐铺是蒋介石的出生地。据宗谱记载，清光绪十三年（1887年）农历九月十五日，蒋介石出生于玉泰盐铺楼上。玉泰盐铺为蒋介石祖父蒋斯千1871年开设，后由蒋介石父亲蒋肇聪继承。蒋肇聪去世后，蒋介石的同父异母哥哥蒋介卿提出分家，将盐铺归为己有经营。据说蒋介卿吃喝嫖赌，游手好闲，后外出谋事，盐铺关闭。现有楼房三间，平房三间，以及厨房、厕所等附属建筑。蒋介卿后来在西安事变的时候听说自己的弟弟被抓了，就吓死了。。。48年的时候蒋介石命人重修，并亲自提笔“玉泰盐铺原址”和“清庐”。一位三轮车夫有意思地说到：这些字都是蒋先生写的，这个字非常清秀正气，就像蒋先生人一样非常正气，后来这里成为供销社，村干部就用石灰把这些字敷了起来。
