The London Eye, full name British Airways London Eye, is located on the banks of the Thames in London, England. It is the world's first and as of 2005 the largest observation wheel. It is one of London's landmarks and famous tourist attractions.
I thought it was a special ride on the Ferris wheel, but the London Eye made me hit the face! When the capsule reached the highest point, I suddenly understood why the British love to chat. The Thames, Big Ben and the debris building look like they are shining in the sun, and it is really different every day. After landing, I found that the photos were all taken as glass reflections. Forget it, leave some regrets to be true.
This was my second visit, this time with my family. It was great to overlook half of London and the Thames. The only drawback was the weather was not good enough. The scenery was very different on sunny and cloudy days.
Originally intended to buy dayandnight tickets, as long as less than 30 £ can go up twice. As a result, it arrived at 5 or 6 o'clock on Sunday and found that the ticket selling point was closed. Had to give up the back of Cambridge. Wait until four o'clock on the weekday, and was told that I couldn't buy the dayandnight ticket because that request was the first time I went to the London Eye before four o'clock in the afternoon. Later I had to buy two tickets separately, before and after the lights were on. Please do your homework!
The London Eye (TheLondonEye), or the Millennium Wheel (MillenniumWheel), is the world's first and once the world's largest viewing Ferris wheel, after Nanchang Star and Singapore Viewing Wheel. It opened in late 1999 and is 135 metres (443 ft) tall and erected in Lambeth, south of the Thames, London, facing the City of Westminster, which sits on the Parliament Building and Big Ben. The London Eye has 32 cabins, which are air-conditioned because of tempered glass inside and outside the cabin. Each cabin can carry about 16 passengers, and the rotation speed is about0.26 meters per second, which takes 30 minutes in a circle.
Of course it is worth going, how can I not go to London to play the London Eye! Before you go to sit, you must book a fast ticket on Trip.com , which is very convenient. You don't have to queue up, you can go directly. When I went there, foreigners in a long queue saw me casting envious eyes! Haha...
The fourth stop for roaming along the Thames is the London Eye. I feel that my feet are going to waste this day. Fortunately, I bought fast track ticket and avoided the queue in the cold wind. The experience is also good. There are eggs at the end~ In fact, the overall best experience today should be to stroll along the Thames River and watch the scenery while walking. Many people are running along the way, only this kind of stroll feels less tourists. Welcome to Coca-Cola London Eye! This year is the name of Coca-Cola. In short, the Thames under dusk is another scenery. A day to climb and look far!
