A place for citizens to relax
Original Text
It is located in Yamate in the south of Kusatsu city. As Kusatsu City continues to expand rapidly, the area through which the Shinkansen and expressways pass is a university research area centered on universities such as Ritsumeikan, Ryukoku, and Shiga Medical University, and is becoming part of a residential area where precious nature remains. Is it? It seems that there is a sports plaza, an outdoor stage, and a campsite around the Rokuha Pond, centering on facilities such as Rokuhaso and a pool. There was a fee display in the parking lot near the entrance, but there was no one and it was not collected.
Water pool in summer, fallen leaves pool in winter

The location is tough without a car, but the park is large and has plenty of playset. There is a citizen pool in the summer, and in the winter it becomes a pool filled with fallen leaves in the same place. Great for children to play.
It is a beautiful park where you can play for free. There is also a playset facility where you can also have a pool and day camp in the summer. The cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring, so many people are watching the cherry blossoms.
You can have a BBQ at a free day campsite, but it's too far from the parking lot.

There is a day campsite on the large site and you can use it for free. However, reservations are required. Parking is also free. There seems to be a charge in July and August. Once you park your car and walk from the parking lot to the administration building to receive it, this is quite far. Return to the parking lot and rent a rear car in the hut in the parking lot, put on the tools and pull the rear car. The day campsite is even further back of the far management building. This was quite difficult. I think I'll definitely go back to pick up even if I forget something in the car ...

There's a citizen pool.
J It is about 15 by car from R Kusatsu Station. Parking is complete, but in the summer there is a pool, so there is a charge.
