magical world of Harry Potter at Warner Bros
#hiddengems
Welcome to the magical world of Harry Potter at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo, where fans of the beloved wizarding series can immerse themselves in the enchanting universe created by J.K. Rowling. As a devoted fan myself, I recently had the pleasure of exploring this extraordinary attraction and experiencing the wonder and excitement of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
From the moment you step through the doors of the studio, you're transported to the iconic sets, costumes, and props that brought the Harry Potter books and films to life. Whether you're strolling down the cobblestone streets of Diagon Alley, marveling at the intricate details of the Hogwarts Express, or wandering through the Forbidden Forest, every corner of the studio is filled with magic and wonder.
But perhaps the most unforgettable experience at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is stepping into the Great Hall of Hogwarts itself. With its soaring ceilings, long wooden tables, and flickering candles, the Great Hall is a true masterpiece of set design, and standing within its hallowed walls is a dream come true for any Harry Potter fan.
Throughout the tour, visitors can also enjoy interactive exhibits, behind-the-scenes insights, and special effects demonstrations that offer a glimpse into the creative process behind the making of the films. From learning how to cast spells with a wand to trying on the Sorting Hat, there's something for fans of all ages to enjoy.
With its immersive experiences, attention to detail, and dedication to preserving the magic of Harry Potter, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is a must-visit destination for any fan of the series. Whether you're reliving your favorite moments from the books and films or discovering new secrets of the wizarding world, this magical attraction promises an unforgettable journey into the world of Harry Potter.

🪷 Big Tower Tokyo Skytree 🇯🇵
#cherryblossom2024
🤗🌸 During our vacation, I embarked on a journey to Tokyo, Japan. It was the season of spring, and we were thrilled to discover the renowned Tokyo Skytree. As we wandered through the area, we were captivated by the breathtaking visuals adorning every corner and crevice. 🌼😘🌺
The Tokyo Skytree, the world's tallest freestanding tower, was unveiled, towering over the Sumida skyline at a staggering height of 634m. Although it primarily serves as a TV broadcasting tower, it has also emerged as a prominent tourist attraction in the capital city. Adjacent to its foundation lies Tokyo Skytree Town, a bustling complex featuring 310 shops and restaurants, along with dedicated areas for schools and offices.
Tokyo Skytree features two observation levels. Initially, visitors ascend to the Tembo Deck, situated 350m above the ground. Subsequently, upon traversing the Tembo Galleria, they arrive at Sorakara Point, Tokyo's highest observation deck, at a height exceeding 450m.
Visiting such an amazing and breathtaking place like this has created the most cherished memory for me. I can't wait to return and relish every moment spent at this incredible destination. 🇯🇵🌼💮🏵 #mytravelhacks #historicallandmarks #localguides #trip #Tokyo

Cherry Blossom in Shibuya Tokyo 🌸🇯🇵
Sakura season 🌸 also known as cherry blossom season, is a magical time in Japan, especially in Tokyo.
📍Shibuya's Meiji Street pulsates with energy and vitality. Lined with trendy boutiques, cafes, and vibrant street art, this bustling thoroughfare is a favorite haunt for both locals and tourists alike. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle, the cherry blossoms cast a spell of tranquility over the bustling street.
Beautiful pink blossoms line the streets on both sides that looks so magical against the backdrop of the city's iconic landmarks.
Walk up to the pedestrian bridge and get a close up shot with the cherry blossom.

🇯🇵 So easy to go to this Tokyo Hotel
Address: 1 Chome-27-9 Asakusabashi, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0053, Japan
Among the hotels I have stayed in Asakusabashi, this APA Hotel Asakusabashi Ekimae is the closet to Asakusabashi station. There is also another smaller west entrance/exit for the JR JB line for Asakusabashi. So there are 2 train lines in this area, JR JB (Chūō-Sōbu Line) and Toei Asakusa Metro line. For first timer to Tokyo, you will get overwhelmed with all the different train network.
Take it easy and by looking at the metro and JR map separately, you can figure it berry easily. Plus, there are many transportations map to help you map your route too.
I shall leave you to view my vlog of this berry spacious room I got this accessible double room with breakfast for 2 nights stay in March 2024 on another OTA for $134 and it was a berry awesome deal.

🇯🇵Tokyo APA Hotel at Asakusabashi
This is another hack to get more space in Tokyo hotels. Other than moving away from popular districts like Shinjuku and Ginza, you can book an accessible room which can allow wheelchair users more space for movement. There is no need to produce any forms of certification to book this room type.
You can try APA Hotel and look for their accessible rooms in some branches.
At APA Hotel Asakusabashi Ekimae, even the bathtub is also larger than the usual size and it can even fit an area for a small living room. I am also glad that the bed is accessible from both sides, instead of one side is next to the wall.
There are plenty of space and even a wardrobe for clothes and luggage. There is no need to worry about in a 20sqm room which has been designed efficiently to maximize space.

🇯🇵Tokyo Robot Hotel Asakusabashi
When you arrive at Henn na Hotel Asakusabashi in Tokyo, you have to do almost everything by yourself. However you can get help from a real staff via the phone at the lobby. I did not need help because everything is really easy and all information are available in English. You can find free luggage lockers on level 1 and 2 at the hotel to keep your luggage before official check in time at 3pm and after check out time at 12 noon. Then you can use the self service kiosk to check in and receive your room key. There are several languages to select and the robot receptionist will assist you at every step. It is a new experience for me and the robots are so friendly.

Amazing stay at Fujisan Onsen Kaneyamaen
We had amazing experience at Fujisan Onsen Hotel Kaneyamaen. The hotel staff is hospitable and friendly. They will bring you around the hotel to give you a brief introduction of the amenities as the hotel is huge and also around your room.
There is a beautiful garden in the hotel and you get to enjoy a welcome tea and Japanese cake in the small glass house overlooking the garden.
We booked the Sanri room that comes with a private open air onsen with the view of Mount Fuji. Love the bay window that overlooks the Mount Fuji. Woke up early and caught Mount Fuji from our room.
There is a wide variety of breakfast spread. They have sashimi, tamago, origiri, soba, potato salad and many more.
Overall, our stay is 4.5/5 ⭐️

Spring in Nakameguro,Tokyo🌸
You definitely should not miss this spot for your sakura-cherry blossom sightseeing because Meguro river’s sakura festival is literally the most beautiful view ive ever encountered in life.
Just 5 mins train ride from Shibuya station, located right behind Nakameguro station.
Hope i can come back to this place on night time as the vibe is so different as they light up the sakura trees
The cherry blossom festival only happen one week every spring, so you have to catch this view if you’re in Tokyo

Beautiful Tokyo Station
Tokyo Station, with a history dating back to the opening of Japan's railways in Meiji 5 (1872), has prospered since being renamed 'Tokyo Station' in 1914. It has been designated as an important cultural property of the country. The highlights include the red brick station building and the dome-shaped ceiling at the Marunouchi entrance. In particular, my recommendation is the ceiling restored to its original state at the time of construction. The sculptures of eight of the twelve zodiac animals and the eagle reliefs are incredibly cool. While it is a station that serves as a transit point for travelers, it is also recommended for sightseeing.

Sakura/Cherry Blossom Spots in Tokyo Japan
Spring is coming! So here is my recommendation of sakura spots you guys should visit on upcoming spring:
1. Meguro River (free entry)
This is the most magical cherry blossom spot ive ever encountered, the whole sakura-lined stretch is about 5 km-long, from Gotanda to Meguro Sky Garden. You dont have to fight for a spot of picture no matter how crowded it is as the sakura line is pretty long~ if you have more time to spend, you can actually stay until dark for a total different experience because the lanterns light up and illuminate on the trees
2.Asakusa Sensoji temple (free entry)
The oldest temple in Tokyo, you will find this temple on everyone’ itinerary list. If you happen to visit during the sakura season, you will spot a bunch of sakura trees behind the temple. Dont forget to rent your kimono 👘
3. Inokashira park (free entry)
A home to 500 sakura trees and half of it planted around the large pond. You can rent a boat and enjoy paddling on the ponds surrounded by dreamy sakura trees. Unfortunately, i visited the park when it was raining, so i didnt manage to rent and paddle the boat. So next time~
4. Ueno park (free entry)
I guess the sakura in this park is early blooming? Because i visited in late march and most of the petals has fallen🤧 it’s a long walk inside the park and then you could actually find some food vendors like yakisoba, dango, etc
5. Shinjuku Gyoen (not free)
It’s on my and everyone’ wishlist. I didnt manage to visit it in 2023. But you all definitely should visit this park when you’re in Tokyo

Snapping Tokyo: My Favorite Locations 📍
Tokyo is one of my favorite cities in the world! I could go back again and again and always find something to do! The city is spread out over a huge area and each part is unique!
My favorite thing to do in a city is to walk around, get a feel for the locale, and take hundreds of photos! If this is what you love, I can recommend four areas you should visit in Tokyo:
1️⃣ Ueno - A busy area with an open air market. Climb the steps toward Ueno Park just across the street from Ueno Railway Station and you’ll find some cool views of the streets below and the trains overhead!
2️⃣ Asakusa - The Senso-Ji temple is the main draw here. You’ll also be able to take your iconic Tokyo shots with the Tokyo Sky Tree towering overhead in the background!
3️⃣ Akihabara - This area is video game heaven where you’ll find lots of cool merchandise. The signs, cables, trains, and madness are an extra bonus that make for some great photos!
4️⃣ Shinjuku - One of the busiest areas in Tokyo, you should visit here day and night! Be it the cocoon tower or the iconic neon signage, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes snapping photos!
Enjoy your city walk and don’t forget your 📸

🇯🇵 Henn na Hotel Asakusabashi
Address: 1 Chome-27-9 Asakusabashi, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0053, Japan
My challenge is to try out the easily accessible hotels on the Asakusa Metro Line and Asakusabashi station is one of my selected areas. This is also the most convenient and cheapest train line to go to both Narita and Haneda airport. You can find out their express train timing and you do not have to transfer trains from Asakusa Metro Line to Keisei Line.
I shall leave you to view my vlog of this futuristic hotel served by robot receptionist and the LG Styler wardrobe in the room is awesome. I got this double room with breakfast for 2 nights stay in March 2024 on Trip.com for $189 and it was a berry awesome deal.

Meguro river the place of Cherry blossoms 🌸🌸
To see cherry blossoms in Tokyo, the Meguro River is one of the most popular places. The best highlight of Meguro River Cherry Blossoms🌸 is over 800 cherry trees lined for about 4 km along the river which displays the spectacular view.
In the night🌉 the whole place comes alive as the lanterns and all the cherry blossoms🌸 are lit up in a beautiful purple pink hue and everyone is out drinking and sampling the delicious smelling street food.If you plan to go I suggest you go really early in the morning to avoid the situation of many people. #springblossoms #cherryblossom #tokyo #japantravel

Spending 3 days in Tokyo. I love how polite Japanese people are.
The city is very clean, the only problem is you cannot find any litter on the street, we had to carry all the bins with us and throw it once we back to hotel 😅.
