Recently, the chef from the JW Marriott Surabaya traveled thousands of miles to present the authentic flavors of the "Thousand Islands" nation. The Indonesian Food Festival has officially kicked off at the JW Kitchen buffet restaurant.
The restaurant's environment is elegant and grand, adorned with many Indonesian-style decorations. Immersing yourself here feels like being in Southeast Asia. The overall service is attentive and thorough, making for a very comfortable dining experience. The joy of the occasion is evident as guests mingle and dine 😃.

Meat slow-cooked for a long time in a blend of coconut milk and spices is tender and flavorful, with rich, multi-layered spices!
The satay skewers are incredibly fragrant and paired with a signature peanut dipping sauce, filling your mouth with Southeast Asian flavors...
