- Late returns or extensions incur additional fees.
- The lost devices require a replacement fee. (Mobile WiFi Router Fee JPY 40,000, SIM card reissue fee JPY 3,000, Pouch JPY 1,000, AC Adapter JPY1,000, USB Cable JPY 500)
- Refunds are not available for unclaimed routers.
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please avoid excessive video streaming and refrain from processing large amounts of data, such as playing mobile games, in a short period of time
- You can return your device to a different location with prior notice. Please contact: info@ninjawifi.com for more information.
- If the device is not returned by the designated date, after three notification emails have been sent without any response, a compensation fee will be charged.
