This made me realize that the cold in the Northeast is not just cold, but a hellish experience. 🎈However, the beauty here is not just about the scenery. For me, the most important thing is to be able to live well. To cope with the cold, I wrapped myself like a meatball, and even the Northeast tigers gave me a look of disgust. My sisters all put on big cotton pants, warmers, down jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, and I was no exception. 🎈Hengdaohezi is a typical Northeast rural small town, with smoking chimneys and crooked utility poles. The heating here is sometimes on and sometimes off, and it gets completely dark at four o'clock every afternoon. Getting There - Northern part of Harbin, 15min by taxi from downtown Attractions - In this park you can see Siberian tigers, lions, leopards... They say they have around 800 tigers in the park. You can buy a ticket 138RMB per person, get into the protected bus and begin your adventure. #harbintrip Tiger park is well maintained and tigers are well taken cared of. Never gotten so close to tigers before. Paid RMB 110 for entrance fees which includes a bus ride around the park. Do note that mid way through the bus ride, the bus driver would ask if the visitors would like to see live chicken being fed to the tigers. If majority agrees, he will start collecting RMB 20 from each adult to see how many chickens can be purchased with the collected amount. Afterwhich, he will communcate with the vehicle carrying the live chickens to meet in front of the bus via walkie-talkie. Chicken feathers and blood can be seen in paches around the park.

If you are lucky the tigers will come close to the bus, but if you guaranteed want a close encouter you should consider buying one of the more expensive tickets that allow you to feed the tigers from inside the bus.

There are more than 800 Siberian tigers are present here.. What an added activity in our itinerary. We came to Harbin to just initially see the ice festival but upon browsing the internet we found out an interesting place to visit. We were very curious how Siberian Tigers are different to normal tigers. And yes, Siberian Tigers are way bigger than what we normally see in our local zoos. The largest tigers can grow as long as 11 feet. Tickets Price: It costs 100rmb above depending on your inclusions..it could go higher. You can go for a jeep ride around the habitat of the Siberian tigers where you will see them roam around. Some would even approach your jeep. It is friggin scary. You can even feed them live animals (but i suggest not to try this please). If you really want to feed them, you can buy strips of meat while in you jeep , just stick out a strip of meat using a stick. You can also take pictures of the cubs. like you can carry them with safety measures of course. China has been successfully breeding this magnificent species of tigers. It is an awesome place to see. Harbin is one of the places in China that you would like to visit in Winter. One of the things you can do is to visit The Siberian Tiger Park. It is located on the north bank of Songhua River to the northwest of Harbin. This park doesn't only have the Siberian tigers but also some other wild animals. The park is huge and I am so happy for them that they have this home. As you can see in my video, I only took videos of The Siberian Tigers since we were able to feed them. It was a great experience for me to see those animals nearby. My favorite one is the White tiger. I don't have the video though I have dome photos of them. I think it's worth it to pay a visit.
